I received a call and female stated her name was Brittney Brown. She advised that she has been given legal documents to serve me with, but has not been able to reach me.  She gave 877-731-0681 as a call back number.  Every time I call it is a message that they are not available and goes straight to voice mail.   No company name, no directory, nothing.  Seems weird to me.

That is strange, I just received the same call today from an Ilas Winter. She left a voicemail stating that she was a process server and said that my mother is attempting to defraud a financial institution and that she will be here with the authorities in 24 hours. I called that number 877-731-0681 and it went to a voicemail as well, each time, saying that they are unavailable. I'm looking further into this.

I received a voicemail from a woman stating that she is a process server, she did not state my county, that she had legal documents that I am attempting to defraud a financial institution. She left me a reference number in which to call back regarding this number. This seems suspicious because I have never attempted to defraud anyone and owe nothing to anyone. I just read that someone else received the same phone call. The caller left no company name.

I got a call from this woman name Brittney brown saying she got legal papers on me that I need to call her back before  local authorities and her will come wherever Im located and get me? Oh yeah. I called back. No company name or introductions. Just leave a message? I don't pick up unknown or private numbers. Your number can't show, we don't talk. Plus, threaten my livelyhood. Not playing at all. So, someone needs to dig deep and see if she's even real and legal or if this a scam. I don't do scams.

I never answer numbers like this....however after teasing the other messages here, i am glad i didnt.

Remember they cannot threaten to arrest you, as that is against the federal law.

Called told me if I didn't call back with a statement a statement will be issued for me and they will continue with legal actions...

I've got a call from this number stating I have loan from June 09, 2006 they said I was defrauded a financial insitution. But really can't remember this they were rude to me and said they are sending the police to my home. I've contacted the distict attorneys in my state and they have no recorde of it. They call me October ,November, now it's December. So please tell me what to do.

These people are scammers. Do not send them money. They can't put you in jail for a debt.

This number connected me to "NCS Offices". They left a message for my SIL saying they had a legal matter they needed to speak to her about. When I called them to let them know I'm not in contact with her and to remove my number from their database, they hung up on me twice. The third time, I got transferred to the "legal department" and they said that she would remove my number. We will see if it actually happens.

They are a scam! Asked them for letter so I can get an address!  They threaten me too! Also threatened to send authorities! What planet are they coming from?

They are scram, I receive that same call. On top of that i file a chapter 7 in December. So it up to them to get with my law.

NCS is the number associated with 877-731-0681!It is a scam! Please don't give information to them! If they were legitimate they would send mail about your debt! Not over a phone!

Yes this is ncs I payed them off and I asked for a letter stating the debt was satisfied and they said they couldn't do that instead they sent an email that when I was going to open it it had big red alert on it saying these people were on the list of getting people's info. I still have the emails showing it was paid off n now they are trying to collect more money .they keep calling n leaving recorded messages I have filed a complaint to the ftc against them and the phone number.

Its a scam! No legitimate debt cpllector calls
And asks for payment over the phone! Make them give you there address! Which they wont!
