Is this a real debt collection agency?

hey just called me using a unknown number on my caller ID, left a voicemail saying i have 30 mins to resolve fraudulent checks and if i dont call back and resolve i will be served with papers and asked to call back 877-732-5016, first off i havent had a checking account in almost 7 years and pay everything by cash, and i worked for a legit debt collection company and they cant serve you over the phone, everything must be done in writing with a lawyer and court, i get calls like this every day since 2007, and its all scams. unless someone comes knocking on my door today then i will take them for real, but right now they are trying to scare people into paying something they dont owe!!!

Oh ok...yes it's the same thing with 877-732-5016 calls my phone it be an unknown number...mrs.courtney the woman who I had spoken to had said if I don't give them money today by 12:00pm they are going to proceed with legal actions to have the authorities pick me up...NCS

And I never had received any papers or notices in the mail

i recieved a call from a unknown number a call call matt or michael rodrigues stating that i owe money to these two creditor; i called the 2 people that i owe money to and they told me they never gave it out to know one and i can settle it with them; this NCS is fraud; i called ic3.gov and they told just file a complaint and dont pay them no money; this guy threatend to put me to jail; i was at the hospital and he would pick me up; and will go to my job;
