I have asked to be removed from this calling list multiple times. What are my next legal moves to pursue harassment?

I am not larry bates jr. everytime you call they say they will take my number off the list. this is not happening. have this number taken off your list or i will call the kentucky attorney general`s office

Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You will not get compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.

Just got another call, no message as usual.  We have no unpaid debt what so ever. We have no debt other than a fully paid every month credit card. We have advised them of this fact but apparently to no avail. Their calls are bordering on harassment. I hope they rot in he**.

I see who they are but when I redialed their # from my caller ID (so no dial mistake on my side)
they claimed to be from my bank and tried to get me to tell them the last 4 digits of my SS number,
no dice.

I get calls from this number and they ask for Manwel.I have no idea who this person is. It's a company phone not my personal phone. I have taked to these people explained I don't know this person please take my number off there cal list.I'm done being nice. They don't have a God given right to harrass me or anyone else.

No one else reading this page can ''take your number off'' anything on your behalf. My link to advice for people who are not the alleged debtors being sought was plainly visible three comments behind yours when you posted.

THIS IS A COLLECTION COMPANY FOR J.P. MORGAN / CHASE BANK CALLING TO SAY I OWE MONEY TO JP/C.  

FUNNY WHEN I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT; BECAUSE MY ACCOUNTS WHERE COMPRIMISED WHEN A CHECK BOOK WAS STOLEN FROM MY HORM DURING A BREAK IN AND THE BANK DID NOTHING ABOUT IT AFTER I NOTIFIED THEM,  AT CHASE 3 YEARS AGO I CLEARED OUT MY ACCOUNTS AND DID NOT OWE THEM A DIME.

same happened me this past week. they apparently forgot to document my payment back in January and thinks it is only fair that I pay the remainder just to get it off my credit. funny....its been paid I have a letter. they made the screw up. hence this is why I have getting harrassing calls all day and sometimes after 1030 at night.
