hi, do you know who this company is? they just said "firm" but i know is a collector; however, if legitimate, they must provide a name and real ph number. i am not calling them back, but i was wondering if you had called in. thanks.

I got a call from them too say it's for a past debt. They couldn't verify any information just the company and amount. They didn't know any other information? I called the place I had the debt with and the collection agency that is dealing with that debt isn't this place? I have no clue!

A guy name steve smith keeps calling saying there is charges against me for a very old payday loan, but I dont own and debt. Caller give me a number to call (877) 739-8608. I called the number and the lady said their company was called nationwaide processing, and they want to collect payment or they would send me papers and documents stating charges against me. So i ask for papers to be sent to me to them with my legal advisor, and the lady on the other line said good luck and hung up on me. very strange, i believe these people are scammers.

I received a message from a lady named Laura Smith stating she was looking for my sister and that she had and order and charges againster her.  She left a case number and the phone number 877-739-8608.  I talked to my sister and she got the same call on her cell phone and tried to call them back.  My sister called the number back and got a recording that said if you know the ext dial it, they didnt leave an extension so she dialed zero and it just circles back around to the same message.  I think this place is a scam too.  What is also very interesting is this same lady also called my other sister and told her the same story. We dont know how she got our names, we are all married and have different names, or how she got our phone numbers.

They called me and when I tried to get an explanation all I got was a women screaming at me that legal papers would be served to me at work or home. She said good luck and hung up. How do I get the process server to quit calling my supervisor. just serve the papers.

I got a call from these people too. Did anyone of you ever get papers served? I think this is a big scam!
