I answered but no one was there.

Asked for my husband by name

Called saying they were with wells fargo and were offering insurance but needed more personal information before they could send a packet of information. When wells fargo was contacted they said they didnt have the kind of insurance that was offered, nor did they recognize the specific 877 number.

They called twice in a two hour time frame, both times not leaving a message.

Received 4 calls.  No messages was left.  Picked up on the fourth call and no one was there.

This number calls me on average two to four times a week.  Never anyone answers when I tried the first couple of times. I just ignore it now on my caller ID.

1-877-740-3335 Called several times and asked for my husband saying they were from Wells Fargo.  We are Wells Fargo customers, and talked to Wells Fargo,AND they did not make the calls.  Would not talk to me, but wanted to talk to husband.  Other times, no answer.

FYI wells fargo customer service reps would be unaware of these calls as Well Fargo simply sells the names to a 3rd party company. This is completely legal and gets them around the DNC registry as you are if you are a current customer of wells fargo or have done business with them within 6 months.

You can write wells fargo(and any other credit cards or lenders you have) and tell the that you wish to opt out of all solicitations or offers, and wish to be removed from the database, and do not wish to be contacted further regarding any products.

This should be done in writing, not to a customer service rep.

After I answered the phone, there was a man laughing on the phone.  Woman trying to talk also.

Receiving two calls per day that I have refused to answer.

They call claiming to be from Wells Fargo.  They call 4-5 times per day.  Sometimes leaving a beeping message on voice mail.  Sometimes no one is there.

Call, asked for me by name, and then hung up.
Some sort of scam.

Said they were from Wells Fargo and wanted to verify my information.  I've gotten dozens of these calls over the past year from the same number and they're always trying to sell insurance.  Told them again to put me on their internal DNC list.  It never works.  I've now stopped answering any calls that I don't know who they are.  Called Wells Fargo and they don't know who they are either.

I had about this same thing happen whenthey IDed themselves as Wells Fargo but then refused to contact me by mail snail mail.  Thanks

Caller claims to be with Wells Fargo and he asked for information but gave nothing. I stopped answer the phone when it comes up with this number and have also closed my account with them as I do not recevie any  phone calls from the bank I am with now.

Received a call today on the house phone. Asked for me by name. I thought it was a friend of mine or something because the background noise sounded like a party atmosphere but this was a gentleman from "Wells Fargo". Instantly started verifying and wanting more information from me... I have no clue what the man was trying to sell me because the background noise was so loud. I didn't give any information and pulled a Google search on the number. It's a shame someone has all of that information on me without me knowing it... I'd like to know for sure how they got it.

After getting bombarded daily (many days multiple times) I finally answered to find it is a Telemarketer on behalf of Wellsfargo. What a shameless company Wellsfargo has become! I suggest filing the privacy choice with them with nothing allowed.

A recorded voice said that they were calling for telemarketing purposes!  She then gave an 800 number for me to call with questions, but she said it way too fast for me to catch it.  Nothing more was said after that but reading the other posts made me remember that I had been called by Wells Fargo a couple of weeks ago and a real person tried to sell me something and I had to hang up on her because she wouldn't take no for an answer.

Got a call from a male who wanted to sell us a healthinsurance. He claimed to be from WellsFargo. My wife picked up and he insisted to talk to me. Absolutely ridiculous
