This is "Health Care Receivables" debt collection.

claimed to be collecting a debt from a local hospital incurred over a year ago, they had patient's name and date of service. Claimed to have not been able to make contact by mail, tried to verify lots of info.
Caller gave name reluctantly as "Dionne Lay" and company name as "Health Care Receivables Group"
I told her that the account was fully paid on the date of service, I had a reciept, and would go to the hospital in person to straighten it out. She could not give any contact information for the hospital and quickly said that they would "try again" by mail.

I have no debt yet they call my work phone ....

Calls my home 5-7 times a day; blocks and it says unavailable; when I answer they hang up. I came here to see who this was calling so many times.

They call me REPEATEDLY, eventhough I've already told them that I am NOT the person that they are attempting to reach and they've said time and time again that they will take my number off their list.  This is on my cell.  The person that used to own my cell number continues to give it out whenever she signs up for something, apparently.  I am now attempting to skip trace the offending party myself since nobody in the collection industry seems capable of doing their job @@.  At least that way I can ATTEMPT to get them to call the right person when they call my cell INCESSANTLY!

The caller said it was a personal and private for charles.So i hang up the phone.

This phone number keeps calling me everyday. They say I owe them money but they will not even give me an amount or even say who they are from. They call me everyday and wake me up out of bed. I am so tired of them calling me I wish they would stop

Company president is Neil Koonce, his extension is 7004. Try calling him a few times and see how he likes it.

Woman named Shelby called from this number at 9am. She told me I owed $500.13 to a hospital and gave me a service date of Jan. 11, 2011. Could not even tell me what the services were for. She had little to no information. I was not even at a doctors office during that time. I do not owe anyone any money. It is a scam. I blocked the number from calling me again.

Use this..I have. Also, if it is medical and you tell them you will pay 10% of it to pay it off and they refuse, it is considered paid.

called me during a class and left a voice mail. the name they asked for just sounded like gibberish and the voice mail simply said to call some other number for important business information.

wanted to talk to my 88 year old mother.Told them exactly who I was, her son, but refused to even tell me who they were, said it was personal.Explained that I worked for the law an that there is nothing personal about my mother that I don't know.I needed a power of attorney before I could talk to them however I explained that I don't send copies of power of attorney to anyone, unless I knew why they needed it.They said that they need to talk to her first: I explained that they needed to talk to my attorney. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK MY ATTORNEY NAME.

Keep getting collection calls from a woman at this number. She has been repeatedly told by my husband and I that the person (Larry) whom she is asking to speak with is someone we don't know. I even told her once that I have had my current phone number for 28 years. I have never been given an explanation why she calls this number. She has been asked repeatedly not to call, she says she won't call anymore but she continues. If this collection agency would do a little research, they would know my address and phone number doesn't belong to the person (Larry) whom they are trying to reach. Continuing to call a phone number after being told repeatedly not to call the number is harrassment.

I don't like phone calls that ask your social security number and/or your address.  If you are calling me then you should have this information.  They ask you to identify yourself without giving any information about who they are... I hung up. sucks!

Same crap but these people have the wrong person with my name!!!

This number calls with a robo message, it does not introduce who the caller is or the company. It appears to be collection related according to the number lookup information.
