This number just called at 8:07pm and left no message

My spelling may be bad. I tried calling them back. When she answered, I did not get the first word correctly, but the second and third words were: ... Credit Management.

I answered and she asked for a weird name and I said you have the wrong number and she said my number would be removed in 48 hours  

CMI is a credit collection agency. They are trying to collect a debt for another company. Fight them if you think you are in the right. Time Warner took me to the collection agency but I fought them. I had my receipts all lined up. The matter was cleared up and they went away. Shame on Time Warner for sloppy bookkeeping. Don't ignore them because they can mess with your credit history which could keep you from getting a job, it can play a role in the cost of your car and home insurance and it will keep some banks from loaning you money. Good luck everyone.

they call all hours of the day and night,they dont leave messages on machine,when you answer they put a recording on,calling for ?  they say no name.so i hang up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After receiving two calls from them I decided to return their call. Yes, it is Credit Management. I gave them my phone number and they asked who I was. I told them since they called me they needed to tell me who they were looking for. They did without hesitation and it was not me. The agent answered with her name and was very polite and said she would remove my number when I told her I was not the person she was looking for.

Plz stop these calls..they call all hour of the day and night and when I answer ,,there's no-one there!

They won't leave a message because they consider it a personal call and they don't want others receiving or hearing it.  I am frustrated with Time Warner Cable as well.  I never got a final bill when I cancelled my account with them and they don't tell people that auto payments stop when you cancel.  So I didn't pay my final bill but I had no idea it existed until I got this call from the Credit Management people.  They are legit but the lady I talked to said she didn't know why Time Warner wouldn't just call me first.  Really irritating.  I went right online to the credit management site and took care of it immediately.  Not Cool Time Warner.  Not Cool.

Got call from this number tonight. Also about same time my daughter got call from same number. No message! Very irritating.
If this is on behalf of Time Warner they should be ashamed of themselves.

This number keeps calling at least once a day and when l answer no one never says anything it's very irritating and pisses me off.

They call anytime in the day, multiple times a day. They don't listen when I say to not call this number as I have no connections with the person they are asking about. Simply hanging up while they are trying to call you is not enough, they will call again each day, even on weekends.

They called after 9pm. I thought there was a law for not to be calling after hours

This company calls relentlessly, even after I have told them we have paid the bill with Charter Cable.  We cancelled our cable service and switched to DirecTV - within 1 week, we started getting threatening notices from Charter and 1 week after that, we started getting daily (sometimes 3x per day) calls from this company - they didn't even wait 30 days to sic a collection agency on us.  I paid the bill within 10 days of the service being cancelled, which the rep at the Charter office told me was acceptable - now this company won't stop calling.

This number calls me at least every other day at the most random times. They leave no message and when I do answer there is nothing but silence. Its so annoying.

Calls daily sometimes more than once will not leave a message if you answer they say nothing.

Called and left no message on phone answering device.  When I called back, representative/agent said it was the "office of credit management."  I asked what they wanted, but she wanted my name.  I said it was their call I responded to and wanted to know whom they were seeking.  She wouldn't say -- wanted my name first.  I told them not to call anymore, I considered their calls a harassment if they just called without messages or introductions.

I have been called also, multiple times.  I had to ask 5 times who was calling as the name was slurred so badly.  I did not have an outstanding balance and have the receipts to prove it. I contacted TWC and told them what was happening.  At first they said I did have an unpaid balance, then a few moments late said that I no longer have a balance due, that it was written off as a courtesy.  I expect they discovered an error in their billing.

I receive about 3 calls per day. I have never had an account with Time Warner and quite frankly never will. This collection company is obviously not very organized. Feel bad for the person who's credit is being ruined but then again should not have given out my number. All calls are ignored :)
