SAME HERE too. i tried to get information on how to make money with Google and then i saw that on December 28th 2009, i saw that they took $29.95 from my account. i Google the name and something else came and then i told my bank about it and they started investigating the company to put a stop to this madness.

    Hello,
I have been on this site and I don't even remember to have clicked on the button to get the material or the inscription. I have been fooled by an other site like this one because I hadn't read the little notice explaining the total billing.
I have seen on my billing statement that I had been charged 88.97$ and 19.99$ with the (877) 743-5304 phone number reference. Is there a way to get this money back ? thank you for your information.

The same thing has happened to me wit this company.  They charged me $88.97 and another $19.99 to my credit card.  When I called I got a guy named Tony and he said I couldn't talk to anyone else.  Then when I told him he needed to give me my money back, he said, "You don't tell me what to do; I tell you what to do.."  He sounded really creepy and totally untrustworthy!!  I don't feel comfortable about him having my credit card info so I called the credit card company and they are going to help me dispute it.  This is a total scam if you ask me!!

Well, I have about the same issue here folks, I started getting charges every 18 DAYS!!! I also got "Tony" he told me that I could only email a "Mr. Craig" to handle this issue. I have since reported them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I HAD checked with the BBB to see if there were any complaints and as there were none, I took it as legit! I seriously recommend that EVERYONE report them. But in the mean time, this is my correspondence with them through email:
    Dear Mr. Craig,

Your company already has my telephone number, my address, and more importantly, my debit card information.

I supplied these when I signed up, and with each email that I have sent, as they are back-and-forthed replies from the original email.

I DO NOT want a check, I have requested that my refund be put through to my DEBIT CARD, my reasons are my own.

Also, I called your Customer Service Department and "Tony" stated that my subscrption was canceled in JAN?!?, although I have emails from your company stating NOV?!?

I have already contacted the BBB and filed a complaint about this company's backhanded snake-oil ways for conducting business!

Please just return the money to my card.

As you see, I have been notified of a return of December's charges (see below). That would be the charges of 88.97 and 29.99 for Dec 14th (I believe), and also the charges of 88.97 and 29.99 for Dec. 24th (also I believe that this is the date; however, I would have to access my card history again if need be to clarify).

I HAVE NOT recieved these installments back to my card, and it has been 8 weekdays or if you prefer 9 bank days, tomorrow is the LAST day for a standard wait time of 5-10 days.

Again, I HAVE NOT recieved my return of the $237.92 that I am aware of being debited from my card since my CANCELLATION ON NOVEMER 23.

Also, if you debited anything else I would appreciate it being returned as well. Especially since your site claims a debiting of the 88.97 , and 19..99, NOT 29.99.

    Okay, so here's the deal.

Due to even more confusion, I have been charged for a subscription (on Dec. 24th 2009, for 88.97 AND 29.99), even though I was given notice (see below) that my subscription was canceled and I would not be further charged..

I want my monies returned to my debit card. ALL of the charges that your company made to my card. I have nevered used the service and when I recieved the CD, was unable to use it.

Also, in the previous email I was sent in regards to that issue, I was notified that I had 3 days to use the website, that I WAS NOT aware of and did not recieve email confirming that I should.

I also called your customer service number because I had yet to get anything back on email, and stated that I was unable to use the service  and that I wanted my money returned and to cancel any subsription then. I was told that it was canceled.

I am NOT paying for services that I did not recieve, were unable to use, was I hate to say it, duped into purchasing. I read the terms and service-it did NOT state to go to ANY website BEFORE the CD came in the mail, it also didn't say to after I paid with my debit card. I am also NOT paying for them after I was sent confirmation through email that I would not be charged again.

As I stated earlier, I want ALL my monies returned to my card. And quickly. I do not want to have to go through the disputing process with my card company but, I will.

    Dear Christina,

We sincerely apologize if there is any confusion regarding the nature of the trial membership which you signed up for. Please note that you were charged $88.97 because you did not cancel your subscription within the allowed 3 day trial period, as stated in our terms and conditions. The trial period begins as soon as you input your order. The cd is just a bonus so you have more accessibility. As is explained on our web page from which you initially ordered the product Master Internet Profits, you have 3 days from the date you sign up for your membership to determine whether or not you wish to remain a subscriber to our monthly Value Membership program. Had you canceled your account during this time period, you would not have received any further charges or recurring enrollment material. However, since you had allowed your account to remain active and lapse beyond your trial period, you were sent your first installment of our continuity program, as described in our terms.

In an effort to ensure that our customers understand the exact nature of the trial membership program, we have listed these terms twice on our order page, and require that you check a box stating that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. This agreement is necessary for the system to even be able to process your order.

Your account is now in a state of cancellation, which means you will not receive any future charges or enrollment material of the product.

I have also tried to access the training site and it states that my password (that YOUR COMPANY GAVE ME) is invalid. It also states when I tried to access the website http://www.affiliatetrainingacademy.com/members/index.aspx
, doesn't exist. What is the deal?!? I want my money back as this is CLEARLY starting to look like a scam. There is no contact phone number and no other way to reach you.
