This is likely a SCAM. It is a travel check voucher that can be redeemed for a certificate for 2 round trip airline tickets to anywhere in the US.

A problem with this: I could not find any information about US Airlines and from the tons of other people online, neither could they. US Airlines seems to be  non-existent.   There is more information on this airline scam at rip-off report website.

Received official-looking award notification travel voucher for $1,375.00 to redeem at US Airlines for 2 round trip tickets for anywhere in the US.  Needed to call this number of 877 748-3288 to verify.  I called and left message, they returned call a couple of days later from number 888-941-5638.  First lady explained this was a promotion for a new marketing/promotional company.  She gave me an age range and I was outside of that range; so she was so apologetic she wanted to give me a 2-day/night Caribbean cruise and transferred me to another department.  I didn't think anything about this as I had been shopping online for cruises over the past month.  Another lady gave me all the cruise information and needed to secure the "port fees of $119.00 so she could mail me the tickets.  I asked as to which port and time, etc.  She then put me on hold to consult with her manager.  A man answered and game me all the information.  Again, wanted to secure the port fees.  I refused to do this until I spoke with me husband, and this lead into a very heated conversation.  I was so angry with him that I just hung up.  I now realize that all they were after is a credit card number.  Beware of "free gifts".
