Yet another call from Robert Collins stating that he needed to serve me with papers....etc.  I actually got him to give me the phone number of the company he was "locating" me for, and I called and got a woman who told me that she couldn't send any more documents out to me so I could actually verify this "loan"......Filed a complaint with the FTC.  We'll see what happens.

I received a call from a Chris Thompson saying he needed to serve me papers. He gave me the  processing dept number of 877-753-8930. I called this number and talked to a Kayla. She stated that her company was Continental and that it was not their company's policy to provide me with documentation saying they were collecting debt. She said if I did not make a payment that the locator, Chris Thompson, would be serving me papers for fraud. I don't appreciate this scam they are trying to run and I would suspect it's them that are committing fraud. No reputable company would behave in this manner.

Just received a phone call from a locator 973-969-1574 saying that he was coming to serve me papers, I told him to give me the Creditors # (Continental) 877-753-8930 who stated that I committed fraud against Insight Capital LLC. I told her that I never owed Insight any $ nor borrowed from them and wasn't going to pay the amount request of $625, Another company got me months ago and I refuse to pay anything else. I'm glad I looked it up while on the phone with her, I told her that I was online and was reading of some scams and she said well, good luck and I guess you'll be getting served then.

Hi Cheryl - I got a very similar call from Frank Collins.  I wonder if you have heard any more about this since you reported him to the FTC?

This Frank Collins has been calling my home number from Annville, PA.  His number is 717-685-6281.  He said he is representing the firm handling the "claim, and needs to verify my address."  I am to call 877-753-8930.  Then he says this is the last call they will make, but he has called a number of times saying that.  Now I come in to work and he has called me here, saying he has verified my address, and still leaves that number to call.  I am uneasy that he has called me at both numbers.  If there really was a claim against me (there is not), I think he would know my address.
