Patrick, I wish we could find out. I don't think these people ever sleep or expect us to do so. Started calling me this week and call around the clock. Monday I'm calling my State Attorney General's office and reporting them.

Received 2 calls in 24 hours, left no message. I called the number back and it was a collection agency. I have no debt so they are not calling for me. Blocked the number.

They are calling early in the morning and on weekends.  They leave automated messages.

This #877-754-0013, keeps calling my new land line...I thought it was a bill collector for the previous owner of this #. It's frustrating. How do we block them? I don't think my land line has the "block" feature,

No idea who this is, because they call my cell and I don't answer it unless I know the number. Its getting to be a problem they call at all hours of the day or night they don't really seem to care.

If you did not receive credit from them in the past then you can sue them for $1500 for each call under the federal law Telephone Consumer Protection Act. I am currently working on settling with a debt collector that called me that I had not received credit from.

I am taking pictures of my phone with there number on it and they are going in my folder when they have stopped calling i will be suing for $1500 per call under the TCPA!!!   SO PLEASE LTD CALL EVERY DAY 5 TIMES A DAY!!!   :)

i don't even know how they got my number, they said they are a debt collection, but don't owe.  

I am getting calls from a lot of different 800 service and they are starting to bug me and my husband, they never leave a message. We do not pick up any phone number we do not know

More than likely a scam debt collector.  They change their identities all the time.  Don't answer their calls and they will go away.  They are required to send you a letter where you can validate the debt within 30 days and usually you don't hear from them again because they can't verify the debt as they purchased it from another debt collector for pennies on the dollar.  They do not have the original information to validate it per FDCPA and FCRA.  If they place anything on your credit report without verification, you can sue them.  Good luck!

i got a call at 740p est from these ppl as soon as i did i was so lovely i called them right back over and over and over again since i got an internet dialer through my email this is great because it gives a west coast dial # that they cant call lovely  hehehe and i call these unwanted callers over and over and over i got 6 calls going at the same time they gonna wish they never dialed my number bc i can put it on mute and not listen to the ringing.

How does one going about sueing? A call came through and I want to nip this in the butt.

I actually cheerfully answered this caller and was hung up on without a word. Then I came to this site to check. If they are debt collectors, they are incredibly inefficient! No words, just hung up when I answered.

I got a call from them too, but didn't hear the phone ring. Called back, got a recording that it was a collection agency and "an attempt to collect a debt". I don't have any bad debts, so leave me the f*** alone!

The unsolicited calls have been terrible lately, I have gone several without one, and have received 4 or 5 in the past month. What the heck is going on?

Received a call from these, called back (I am in the process of getting a mortgage), recording said it was LTD debt collection and an attempt to collect a debt. I have great credit and don't owe any debts, certainly none in collection. Reported them.
