Said they were pressing charges against me and I needed to call them before they prosecute?????  WHAT??

I got a call from this number on my cell on 6/1/11.  No message was left.

I received a call as well. I called it back from a landline and it was a message from Chrysler stating that my vehicle has a recall and I need to contact the dealership.

Got call from them about 2 recalls on my Jeep

I got a call also, from Chrylser Company, stating there were 3 recalls on the Jeep and I needed to take it to the dealer.  I came here to check b/c it seemed fishy, since they asked about the Jeep, but they weren't the company we had it financed through.

Been getting a call from (877) 759-5242 everyday for the past few days, no message but when I called back the recording said it was the Chrysler group, but I don't think it legit, 2 reasons, first yesterday I decided to answer the call but not talk and just wait for them to start the conversation after a few second I heard a chuckle and a mans voice sayin " got one, this number is active", second when I called back it immediately said this is the Chrysler group trying to contact you regarding a recall, how ever my car has had recalls Befor and when I've called the numbers on the official letter (a different number than this) I usually have to go through a lengthy selection menu. I suspect this might be a fishing scam to collect personal information by pretending to be the Chrysler group.

yes, it is from Chrysler(they own JEEP) and it is about recall notices on Jeeps.  If you hv recieved a recall nad havent gone to the dealership thats why they are calling you.

so it cant be jeep calling i have two lotus why would jeep me - what an insult.

Received a call from this phone number today, number says they are from Chrysler and calling about a recall - they do also say that if you have any questions to press a certain number.

So I did, because I do not have a Chrysler and wanted to remove myself from their list. I have a FIAT and my husband & I did (independently) verify that Chrysler is associated with FIAT.

The only reason I still call scam is because they asked me to verify my name and address with the. - and then said that they were able to look up my record via my phone number. My phone number is Caller ID blocked because of some privacy needs I have and DO NOT unblock unless it is a trusted individual.

I said no, that their message said to call my dealership and I would get the exact information that way.
