not sure who this company is, anyone have any idea?

got 4 calls today, stating they will serve me papers. won't say to much. Told him to send me papers and I would take them to my lawyer, he started yelling at me

Same thing.. Call me a work and I tell them to stop calling me at work, and he starts talking crap to me... Told him he had my address, go ahead a serve me papers.. He said ok, we'll see you in court.. Then started calling my ex-husbands phones. Been divorced for over 7 years.. They can't do anything, just grasping at straws.

I received a message from some guy who sounded like Mafia telling me to call and provide a voluntary statement about a bad check and if I didn't they'd see me in court.  Haven't written any bad checks so I wish I knew who the hell this is.

I received the exact same call. He said something like "Bradley People" or something

I receive a call from "Bradley People" says this was a bad check notification with some bond #, said that since I have responded to any of his calls, he would now turn me over to the investigations department in my county.  I figured if this was legit, I would recieve court documents in the mail or from an attorney not numerous phone calls from a restricted/unknown number.  I spoke with my attorney as well, she says this is probably some collections agency trying to scare people to pay.

Yes I recieved a call from private number they left this number saying I was about to be sued by kent county & they needed to speak with me before filing... David Anderson was the name given Who the hell is this guy I have no clue

I wish them to quit calling me at work and at home they will not receive any money from me or my family until I am served with an court order.

I received a call from Claire Higgins claiming that a company named C-ray Services had filed two claims against me in Loudon (London?) Court and for me or my attorney to call her back to settle out of court.  She talked a mile a minute and did not even have my name right.  The message was on my answering machine.

Nothing in writing equals notification of nothing.  Demand written proof of the debt.  This is a scam to extort money from you..

I got the same message but the last 4 number  was 9472 so now their new # is 877 761 9472
