Harrassing phone calls

What kind of message did you get mine seems like a scam once I started asking general knowledge questions that any of these people should know she hung up on me.

Every phone call stated that it's the final notice. They can't answer any question I asked. They refused to take my lawyer's phone number. Scam!

They started out calling my inlaws asking for me,which I have no idea how they got their phone number. So I got their info from my inlaws and called and had to leave a message at ext. 305. This ladies name was Jenna Morgan. So I did about 3 weeks ago. I get a call from her today and she left a message stating there was a claim against me and this would be the final attempt to reach me. She also said she my mailing address on file. I tried to call her back and had to leave a message. I said that I need to know the name of her company ,address, telephone #. I also said that I needed something in writing mailed to my home address since they know it. I do believe this is a scam. So if anyone gets any calls DO NOT give them any information about yourself. They should already have it. Tell the caller you refuse to discuss anything until you get a written validation notice stating creditor information,debt amount, and your rights under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Received a call from Easton Roby he had a claim number and left a message saying it was the last time I was going to be contacted. He has all my information and I need to call him back to stop the company from going ahead with their claim. If they have all my information then why not just mail me any information or how about an email? Doesn't seem legit to me.

It's not legit. It's a scam. I received several calls from them, each of which was my "final notice."
