Unknown caller (Out of Area), Caller ID shows 203-487-9979. Received threatening message on voice mail that I will be served papers Today (Wednesday) and this is my final notification. I must call the claimant office immediately at 877-762-7518.

** SCAM!!! Not calling these people. If they were truly legit, sheriff office comes knocking on your door without notifying you first, not to call people and verify your address, personal information and place of employment.. Look my name up in the court system, nothing is found. If I were being sued my name would be there in the listing of court cases...As for these people- they need to be stopped ....As for the caller - Kiss off, your Not getting me on hung up on your fancy tactics.

I continue to get calls from this number with a recording that says I am scheduled to be served. They do not state my name or theirs. They say I need to call the. With my information for the claimant. WTF these dum*sses are telling me to call with my name and location information. Really if you don't have it how would you know that I am going to be served!?  Why can't someone do something about these REJECTS! I will call you with some information. But it won't be something you want to hear! Please don't ever let me find out where these idiots are located. It will be UGLY. There's a threat for you scam artists. How dumb do you think people are. Get a life. Sorry to rant but I am so irrataated.

I've been getting this as well for the past week.  Before that, there were threatening calls NOT identifying me by name, saying I was named in a civil suit in my area, and that I had to call a certain number and talk to the claims adjuster.  Now I get the same message as others state again.  Didn't call back, because as others have said, it's obviously a scam since (1) they never identify me by name and (2) this is not the official way to notify anyone of anything legal, it's just an attempt to scare someone into calling the number and giving away their personal info.

SAME AS OTHER POST ABOUT THESE FOOLS. THEY WILL SERVE PAPERS ON WEDNESDAY. A RECORDED MESSAGE TO CALL THIS NUMBER BACK. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.

It is a scam.  I called them back and got the same BS e.g. threatened to serve me.  I asked for a validation of the debt and they said they would e-mail it.  Never happened.  I hope they do serve me.  I will definitely file a counter suit.

i have been getting the same calls for the last 3 weeks tell me i owe money and im getting served this is a bunch of bs they keep askin me what my adress is and where i work

I have received a call from a David Reynolds with SSA group about a loan that was taken out in 08 and paid in 08. I have received these types of calls before 2 years ago from a different group about the same loan. I researched it then and found it to be a scam and it is still a scam.

Same number called me and harassed me and threatened to come find me and take me to jail if I don't pay full amount with in 24 hours. I asked why, he stated there is a bench warrant for failure to show up for court when I never had a court date. Then he said he would find me and come arrest me and my employment, which is just got, or my house in front of my daughter. He was very threating and said I had no option if I didn't have a credit card to pay with now I will be in jail tomorrow. SCAM

THIS PEOPLE CALL ME TO SAID THEY IS INVESTIGATE SOME LAW SUIT IN CUYAHOGA COUNTY WHEN I CALL NO ONE ANWSER AND THEN LAST MIN CALL ME BACK HE SAID A GOING TO JAIL A SAID GOR WHAT THIS IDIOT HE NEVER REPLYME BACK

I had a voice mail on my phone saying they were from Elite Security, and that I was going to be served with in the next 24 hours if I didn't return the call.  I called back, and talked to some lady saying I had a loan in 2011 from some website.  I have paid everything I borrowed, and she's saying I owed 1,200.  I got frustrated because she kept saying I was on a recorded line, so I said goodbye and hung up.  She called me back, and stated that I needed to stop running from my dept and pay the financial institutions that I owe.  She gave me a date and said be ready on Friday because they will come to my place of employment and take me away with a felony.  [***]!! I'm totally sick of these people, I should of never taken out any payday loans.  It never ends, I can't believe that woman can go home everyday and feel okay about what she does for a living.  To think someone gets paid to call people up and lie to them. BS!!

They called again today and left a us-businesslike message.

They also called  a few weeks ago to tell me that I was being served the following Thursday morning. Thanksgiving.

So, they are totally full of crap.

If you talk to them tell them your SSN is 042-68-4425. They will get an eyeful if the Google it.

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..
