is this a fake number i got a call this morning from this number about 5 times saying i was going to summond to court if i didnt call back today im not sure what to do

they keep calling everybody in the world looking for me, I have no idea who or what they want. They have my address so send me something in the mail, that I can respond back to. Serving papers are in line to go out,but have no idea what it's for!!!!!

these debt collectors don't have nothing better to say. called my cell and left a msg stating that if I don't call immediately, i will be summons to court.  they needed an address to serve me. Funny how that works.  I just changed my cell number, didn't give it out and moved and they were able to obtain my new cell# but not my place of residence.  all these debt collectors say the same thing. We're either going to jail or to court.

SCAMMERS - trying to get us to pay supposed payday loan via debit credit card over the phone. Calling relatives and friends - harassing and threatening tactics such as they are a law firm that has papers or summons to serve us. Also using phone # 877-749-1308. Please do not fall victim to these sick predators. Look up "payday loan collection scam". File complaints with ic3.gov, FTC, and Atty General.

This company is a known scamming operation. They buy small debts that are getting ready to expire and use illegal methods to try to recover the money. Regent Asset Management Solutions or Imperial Recovery Partners are being sued by multiple states for claiming they are court officials, police officers, lawyers, mediation companies, ect. They check public records to find your employers and friends and will call them with stories of your arrest, court conviction or bail amount. Do not give them any money. Report them to your states attorney general, and the FTC.

They also use 877-919-9392 and 866-922-5104. All these numbers go to the same phone for Imperial. I have reported them to FTC and am in the process of reporting them to Attorney General.

Same company now calling me, instead of my husband with a new debt that I supposedly owe. This number is 866-556-8573.
