Received marketing fax claiming to be from Carnival Cruises, but advertising resort vacations.

Received same fax from 'Carnival Cruises' when I called to inquire the gentleman hung up after I asked. 'Can you tell me what company you are working for' He responded with 'Corporate Channel' and I said 'Okay, but for whom?' he then hung up. You know what they say 'if it looks too good to be true....'

I also received the same fax from "Carnival Cruses" when I called a man (heavy African accent) answer and I told him I was interested in the cruses he was not helpful and did not know much on what he was saying for the reservations, also he did gave me the full prices for 2 adults and 2 children a total of $298. to book it NOW or else the promotion will no longer be available, I told him can I call you back and confirm it he said "so I don't want the reservations? I said no let me call you back, he just hung up on me and did not mind of handing up on me politely. Must be Scammers!

We periodically receive faxes to "All Employees" from "H.R. / Carnival Fun Ships" with a subject line of "Employee Discount" at my work. This is a scam, please do not send money to this company!

Same thing here even got one of the scammers to use foul language

So have anyone ever actually tried to go on the cruise?

Someone showed me the fax from their office.  When we called it was obvious they were using high pressure sales tactics to make you book a trip at more than the advertised $99.  It's worse than those time shares deals at least you can get a freebie out of those lol.  They are just using Carnival's name and they should be reported.

So I paid them, and didn't get my confirmation email. I called back and they said it would take 1-2 days. I waited and called back this morning, they were so rude. Hung up in my face 4 times (or more) game me the number to "customer service " (sounded like they were in the same background). Finally when customer service answered she took down some information and said she would call back. I'm canceling this transaction.

Contact the payment method (debit or credit) immediately & file a fraudulent charge report.  You may have to change account numbers though.

If they claimed to be Carnival, I suggest you contact the real Carnival using their website.,

The same thing happened to me . How do I cancel,? how long did it take for you to get your money back?

I would like to see this illegal fax spammer put in jail for a long, LONG  time.

I wonder whether anyone got their money back from them once they called their office.

Received a flyer at work in our break room. The flyer stated the 99$ a person for about 6 different places for a 6 day 5 night resort stay. We called the 877-763-9119 number and the man told us the deal and we proceeded to checkout. My friend gave he husbands credit card for half of the amount (300$) to reserve our spot for the resort stay. We were told when we came up with our times to then call back and we would then owe the rest of the money (250$) we were told we would receive a conformation number in 24 hrs. When we never revived the number we then realized this was a scam. They never did draw out the money though, so her husband canceled his account quickly. When I called to tell them we found at they were a scam, 3 different men cussed me and threatened me, and admitted they were a scam. These people had our home address, phone numbers, and email addresses so we were very worried. We called the police and gave them all of the numbers we had for them, fake names, and what they had done. THESE PEOPLE DESERVE LONG JAIL TIME!!!!
