Started calling every day as of January 2 on an unlisted unpublished line that no ever answers.  10 second blank voicemails with each call.

Calls me in class every other day any time between 10am to 1pm. No voice mail, unknown caller.

Called twice today. Asked for someone I was familiar with wanted that persons number when I said I wasn't them. Gave a number for that person to call 18667984137. Called the number to see what company they were with and not said twy handled personal
Business matters and wouldn't give me any info. Scam!!

 its IC systems   ,,, these butt holes are persistent with several numbers from all over the country ...  I had a discrepancy with AT&T (which I dont owe ) because they couldn't provide the service in my area and I was no longer under contract so for $112 dollars so they turned it over to these jerks...   which I have no business affiliation with what so ever   if you have a smart phone just add them to the reject list it nevers rings your phone and goes straight to voice in which they never leave a message...says alot for AT&T and their tactics  the are both Butt Holes....

These people call me 10+ times a day from so far 5 different numbers all in different states. I called them to ask why and they got upset with me?! They wont give any information when asked either. They never leave a message and they don't say anything if you just pick up the phone and stay silent...which tells me a few things. One, if they were a dept collector they aren't getting any money because they never leave a message. Two, they like harassing people. I have slowly been blocking them when they call but then I get another call from a different number in a different state. This should not be allowed.
