This is a fake company, posing as T-Mobile customer service. They call saying they are doing a customer service survey for T-Mobile, then ask for your online t-mobile password and the last four digits of your social security number to 'verify your account.' Don't give them your info -- they probably want it for identity theft purposes.

Just got a call today asking the same questions. Sounded very unproffessional. Also was wanting to give me some special offers and needed my password to access my account. No thanks scammers.

Yeah, I got the same thing... Funny because I have been with t-mobile for sooooo long and there customer service is good.  The guy that was talking to had a english level of a 4th grader.  I talked to him for so long and wasted his time... it was way to funny... you kinda had to be there...

keep calling we dont answer i heard its fake number t mobil

Had been ignoring this number for a couple of calls. Thought it was T-Mobile calling because my bill was due. Checked and no, my bill wasn't due. I answered the call today and no one would speak, just silence.

Glad I checked and found out it is scammers!

Got a call from this number today, they called me before but didn't say anything so I looked up the number here, I played along with the fake T-mobile person but I acted like a [***] to waste his time. He asked, "from a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied am I with T-mobile?" I said 8 and he said, "what can we do to improve service?" I said I dunnno. He keeps asking and I started to act like a [***]. He then ask if he can give me a discount or free phone, I said no. I then told him I don't believe he is really from Tmobile and that he is a scammer.

i got a call 2 days in a row at the same time of day.  i just called the number back again today and guess what?  the recording sounds legitimate until you actually realize that something is missing prior to the recorded message being read.  its a dead give away as a scam if anyone who is a t-mobile customer knows what the missing link is...dont post it here though otherwise they (the scammers) might be onto it then and change the recording to reflect it.. we dont want anyone to get scammed.  by the way i reported the number to my phone company.  thanks

When I got the call,I asked who it was and they replied T-Mobile. All they asked me was to rate my service, I did and they said goodbye. I got curious and did a number search,including a '1' at the beginning and came up with all Oriental websites.(The caller had sounded Oriental). I then searched till I found this site and,after reading other's experiences,blocked the number on my phone.

Have received a call from them three days in a row from nov 2 to nov 4. Good thing I didn't respond to the call.

When I questioned T mobile about this call they had a recorded note regarding the call that they made to me. Word for word. I think this call is legit but told them they need to hire new people.

if this phone 877-766-8144 is fake T-mobile, someone please call the police to investigate and let police know.  Otherwise, more people got their identity stolen by those artist scammers.  Police are responsible to investigate and got those thieves out of the streets.

Probably.  It depends on what other information they have.  

You would be wise to call your bank and tell them what's going on.  The phone number is probably on the back of your statement.

I called T-Moblie customer care, and they can't identify its T-Moblie phone line...  Pretty sure, it's a scam phone numbers... If you did give out your last 4 digit of your social security; you probably need to call the local police dept. to investigate for you...  Good luck!

I got a call from this number last night, asking what I thought about their service. I probably fell for it if it wasn't T-Mobile. Because I gave them the last 4 of my SS#. I will call them back and ask them info regarding their company, employee number and manager's number to see if they give me any info. It was a black girl that called me, she did sound a little ghetto..
