I received the calls from this credit company everyday, asking for some Gonzalez name .  please stop call on my cell phone .  I am not gonzalez

This is the same company-vultures attempting to collect outdated debt (uncollectable debt because it is beyond the statute of limitations).

I keep getting calls from 877-770-2851, they never leave a message.  I don't answer any #'s in the 800 range, is there any way to stop these calls?  Does anyone know who these calls are from?

Got a call today from this number.   I answered, they hung up.  Not sure what that was about.

call the phone company and have them put a block on the number. If you use verizon, it can be done online. Its very simple.

I have gotten 3 calls in 3 hours today.  I answered the last time and told them to stop calling and take my name off of their list.  I'm waiting to see what happens.

Received a call from this number saying that they are CCS (Credit Collection Services) and that I should call them back regarding an unpaid debt.  Problem is, I don't have any unpaid debts, and never have in my life.  I previously received similar calls from another scam agency, but it looks like they gave up and sold my number to this new company.  They are a SCAM!  The best way to deal with this, is never call them back.  Eventually, they will give up.

Ho! Ever this number is, they keep calling and won't answer or say anything, they have called three time today so far. You answer and no one says any thing.

Getting harassing calls from: 877-770-2851.

Harrassing us for a bill in my brother's name.  We are not responsible and he died.  We are not cosigner and they will not stop the harrassment. This is unlawful.

Called at about 7:30pm.  Called ID said "Unknown"  No answer.

They keep trying to collect and it's not even me, it's this house address, they've got the family blended together.

I call that number.  No answer!  Hey bozo's don't

Weird.  They hang up when I answer the phone.  

BTW, We are registered on the National Do Not Call list.  

The government's NDNC department is bogus and should be abolished.  They do absolutely NOTHING to protect the citizens who register their phone numbers on the national list.

The National Do Not Call List department of the government is a fraud and a waste of our taxes.

They have been calling for about a year, about 10 times per week.  Mostly, I just ignore the call, but 3 times, I took the call just to speak to whoever was calling.  Each was the same the same thing.  They said they were from Wachovia and had a question about my account.  I told them that I have never had an account with Wachovia, and they refused to believe me.  Then they gave me a street name, and asked me if I lived there.  I told them that I never heard of that street in my life.  Later, they read off 4 numbers, and asked if that was the last 4 digits of my SSN.  I told them it was not even close.  Finally, they appologized, and said they would "update their databases".  Then it stops for about a week, and they start calling again, as if they have total amnesia!  So, now I am back to not answering this number.  I'll talk with them again in another year, and ask if their databases have been updated, yet.  Complete morons!

A friend from Virginia told me a rep from this company claimed to be from the I.R.S. collecting for state taxes owed. Gave him a false phone# and an address from Pleaseington, Ca. He has caller I.D. and gave me the real phone #. A reverse search gave me results showing C.C.S. Thanks for your comments.

These people have called me five times.  Just today.  But they've called for months looking for a guy named Dan Freeman.  I don't know who Dan is.  I've told them that but they still keep calling.  I don't answer anymore.  They show up as TOLL FREE CABLE on my caller id.  I'm on the DNCL but obviously that is a wasted effort.
