Guy said call was from Bank of America, and we had a loan overdue, But have never done business with this bank. They were real pushy and wanted a credit card to charge a payment to. I believe this to be a scam.

These people keep calling my house. I called them back and asked them to stop.The person they are looking for does not live at my number. I was telling them they keep waking me up and not to call, and during this they hung up on me. They have called twice since then. I am now filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office

A rude and nasty woman called and asked for someone who didn't live here. Then she said it was a federal matter and she wanted telephone numbers, etc. Then she said this was a very serious matter and demanded a all back in two hours.  
And that i was a unsettled debt that needed to be paid.  
I did a reverse look up and this is what I found this website with allthese comments.
She talked to my mother and made her blood pressure go up.

Calling my home several times a day. I have call intercept and they still keep calling looking for a family member that has not lived here in over 15 years.  Is there any legal recourse for this company, Creditors Interchange?

Creditors Interchange for several banks.  Seek legal action immediately and contact the ftc.org as they are breaking the law.  Calling and threatening legal action, talking to co-workers or any third party individual or your boss is illegal.

A woman called and left a message on our answering machine.  She was speaking very quickly.  She said her name was Katie Walsh and we had to call her at 877-770-6326 x4245 or the claim against me would go to litigation.  We have no outstanding debts.

Calling my office. Staff takes messages.  Refuse to stop calling.  Told secretary that it was "a leagal matter with ^^^^^^^  County".  Gave a case number.  I assume some people fall for this one thinking they have some type of issue with the County Gov?
