Blue Cross Blue Shield Horizon Behavioral Health.  A health insurance company.

They have called me twice, leaving a voice message both times.   Greeted me by name, said they were from "Horizon."   Gave NO INDICATION of what they were calling about.    Not wanting to return their call, I found a public phone (NOT easy nowadays!) to see who they were.   I got a recording telling me that I was eligible for a $100 certificate, gift card or something that could be used at a number of places, including Walmart.   Said I should have my credit card # handy as there is a small $4.95 charge to get this.    Right!    Like I was born yesterday????    Very sad that they will prey on people who might not know better.

See my comment below.   Note that they did NOT say Horizon BC/BS, but simply Horizon.   AND, when I called them, they were clearly NOT BC/BS.
