requesting personal information

Monterey Financial called regarding a late payment.  They bought out my Cresent Jewelers Account.

A message was left that I needed to call back reguarding an important financial matter.

Very rude, persistent caller to workplace looking for employee of company no longer at this location. Would not accept that the person was not there or that we could not verify employment for someone who worked for a different company. Caller told me it was illegal to refuse to send call to HR even though FDCPA says that an employer can forbid employees to accept calls from collection agencies. He says he'll call back. The policy won't change between now and then.

Forgot to mention that the collector hung up on me, instead of me hanging up on him. I must say, when you persist to the point that the collector decides to hang up on you, you've done something right.

I have received many callas from this company. I have nothing to do with them. Very annoying.

They have called a business line at least 5 times and have been told not to call and that the person is not at this location.  Very annoying.

This person called asking for my husband regarding a "business matter" I told them I could handle the call because I am his wife. She proceeded to tell me she wasn't "authorized to discuss the matter with me" because of some made up Wisconsin statute. I requested that our number be taken off of their call list and not to call us again and she said "NO and we will continue to call" very rude! Before I hung up. I'd like them to call again actually so my husband can speak to them and give them a piece of his mind. SERIOUSLY ANNOYING!

Can someone make them stop calling? really annoying. Have number on DNC and they keep calling, regardless. Do not owe them anything. Rude too.

They are Monterey Financial Services, Inc, the are trying to collect a debt

OMG, They are so annoying. I'm the last time I check my voicemail the lady was all like," I sent you multiple calls, I can assist you." and crap like that. I'm kind off scared to answer their calls though.

Plus, I have never even heard of Monterey services till now. I don't even have a bank account. I still get allowance from my mom every six weeks.
P.S. Are they as rude as everyone says?

I get messages from them at least three times a week, today I actually answered the call.  The call was a recording, the woman was not even bright enough to have her message in one part.  When she finally came on the line she was rude and unprofessional telling me that I had to verify all of my personal information; employer name and address, my bank, and my home address before she could tell me why she was calling me.  When I laughed at her and refused to give her that information telling her that if she was calling asking for me then she should have that information on file.  Immediately she started into the we will garnish your wages, seize your property, and sue you to get all of the cash in my retirement accounts to get our money.  That was the first time I have heard that about trying to take my retirement accounts.

I just received a call from this number. They were very rude. I don't want them calling my home again. I don't even know who these people are. They wouldn't give me, even a general, reason as to why they were calling my home. If they call back again, I will be suing them.

Got a call from 877-705-3080 this morning.  When I picked it up I could hear voices in the background and when I answered the line went dead.  I was going to call back and then I thought I'd just run the number online first to see what I got.  It seems as if the number belongs to some form of collection agency.  Hahaha.  I don't owe a dime to anyone.  If they call back and decide to talk they'll get an earfull for sure.

Received a call from a woman from Monterey Financial in regards to collecting a past debt. Which was nonexistent. For jewelry. Which was bogus. They had a lot of personal information about me and cited a past conversation that we supposedly had and that I had said I would rectify the debt. Never made the purchase. Never had a conversation with them.

She couldn't name the store where the alleged purchase was made or the amount of the so called purchase.  She said she'd get back to me.

If they call back, it won't be pretty.

I just recieved a call from 877-775-3080. This was the message, " This call is for Naomi Asher, this is Jennifer from Monterey Financial Mentoring, l need an emediate call back, my number is 877-775-3080 and my ext is 1454" then hung up. I called this company back within a minute of recieving it. The "lady" who answered said Jennifer was not available and what was my account number. I told her I didn't have a account number, that I just moved to Utah about 3 months ago. She asked me for my phone number. I gave it to her. She then asked me for my name, I told her Jennifer was looking for a Naomi Asher. She than was talking to someone, I'm sure it was Jennifer, said Naomi Ashers name, then told me that if I give her my name and phone number she would have Jennifer give me an call back. I told her 1st off I would never give my name to a stranger and 2nd I already gave you my number, 3rd IF Jennifer who just called my number isn't availble you ask her what number she called for Naomi and 4th tell Jennnifer that if I ever recieve another RUDE call from her or anyone else with this company again now that you know this is not Naomis number I will sue them for harrasment. During the time I was talking the "lady" (and I use the word loosely) was contently inturupting me. That company has no people skills. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!   Let them try and contact me again.

OK, so I called the BBB and they gave me a Gov. number. She filed a report on this company. I even had her listen to the RUDE message. She then told me I needed to call the State Attorney General number and then she gave me my states number and told me to file a com[laint with them too. Sooooo if anyone gets a call from this company call 877-438-4338 and report them. We DO NOT have to be abused by people!!!!!!!

I receive several calls  from Monetary Financial , saying I need to get in touch with  a lady named Kayla. . I have NEVER heard of this company. Not only from a lady  named Kayla but several other ladies. They are calling my cell number, which I don`t give my cell number to anyone but family and friends. These calls are very annoying and upsetting me. I called the number back and I hear other people in the back ground like they are having a party or something.  Please STOP these calls. I have nothing to say to you people. I pay my bills and I don`t give out any personal information to anyone I DON`T know. The next time I get a call I`m going to call and report you people for harassment. By all means take me off your calling list RIGHT NOW!! Don`t call me again.
