Tony - 13 Jun 2007Caller ID says Bell Cda NCO. I used to work for Bell, and this sounds suspiciously like the collection agency that they use. No voicemeail. Don't answer it. Let them leave a voicemail for you. Bell cannot do anything unless they reach someone. Just for the record, I am a Rogers Home Phone user, so they are calling the wrong number. What will happen if I pick up? They will accuse me of being someone who owes money, probably the previous person at this address or at this #. Then even if I deny it, they will figure that I am the guy, and keep calling non-stop.

When we answer the phone there is just dead air, and when the number is dialed, there is either dead air or a message that the call cannot be completed. Yesterday the number came up on call display and when I answered there actually was a telemarketer on the other end ... it is BMO - BANK OF MONTREAL.

WB - 5 Jul 2008This is Bank of America trying to sell me life insurance. I have received calls from them everyday at 9:00 AM. I work nights and they wake me up every single day. I told them to never call me again and remove my name from their call list.

A voicemail message is never left.
I called the number back today & a lady answered saying she wasn't calling (woman with a southern US accent) and that other people also called her and she doesn't know what's going on.
I'm going to look into filing a complaint with the local authorities.

DC101 - 11 Nov 2007Been getting lots of calls from this number as well, person on the other end said they were with NCO, which is a collection agency located in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. Have no idea why they were phoning, never had anything go to collections, never will.
