keeps calling for my dead spouse. unable to get info on them

Call from 877-789-0014. Recording asked for me by name, and said it was private information from a debt collector named Mark Wyndam. Recording instructed me to call 800-208-5076, then instructed me to call 877-799-0612.

Call from 800-229-8620.  Wnt me to call 877-786-0014 to remove me if my name isn't ....     Been calling for weeks.    Then one day I answered. Said I owed Reed Services for some cold call solicitating.  Told them no way. "So you are refusing to pay"     Your hearing is excellent.       He hung up. Then next day it started again with a different name to call for debt collection.

Message from "Mark McHale at Wyndham" calling for the previous owner of this home, people who haven't lived here for a year!  The message was from 817-484-4887, instructing me to call 877-786-0014 if I am not the person for whom they are looking and then instructing the debtor to call 800-208-5076.  This is very disturbing as this is a new phone number for me -- I've been here only three weeks -- and yet these debt collectors already have attached my number to this address without bothering to note that the house has been sold.  Another reason not to buy a bank-owned home -- you never know what baggage is attached :-)

Same as other, bogus call with same instructions to call Brian Rose. They have no phone id and don't say the name of the collection agency.  Same silence at end of line for months now

I have received numerous messages and have been requested to call 1-877-786-0014 only if I am
not John Mortimer so my name can be removed from the number dialed.   I decided not to call but would
prefer that they discontinue calling.

Left message saying they were with Windham Professionals on a bill collecting matter. Same number for previous calls with a different company name. Reporting to FCC as a scam.

Call came from 855-303-8333 which supposedly belongs to AT&T but the message requested a call back at 877-786-0014.  Not sure what that's about.  Identified himself as Marty with Windham Professionals and was trying to collect a debt.  This why I have a virtual number.

Apparently same call as many others got from Windham collections but it was for my daughter in law... I checked out the number here and saw all these posts.... so thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm getting these for my new DIL as well, but I know that there isn't a problem with her credit. What can we do to stop this? I am hesitant to call they number they've supplied. I'm being called from 800-229-8620 and they request that I call 877-786-0014 to remove my name from the account.

The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know your attorney will get this information for you and see them in court.

They keep calling for my daughter who hasn't had a similar phone number to mine in 8 years. I will not call them back. I just keep blocking the number.

Keep getting calls from various in-state numbers with this same message “This call is for <unknown name>. This is an attempt to collect a debt... call this number 877-786-0014 to be removed...”. Of course, I don’t call the number. It’s bogus, why else would they hide their actual phone number?

If number not correct then call 8777860014. Looking for someone named Wendy who does not have this number. Called back and left message for them to stop calling. Does not live here

You can't request that from a recording.......

5/29/19:  Received call from 804-409-7454 requesting Amanda Lester. Same scenario...Wyndam Professionals ? with a debt collection...blahblahblah. Instructions to call and remove number if not Amanda Lester. No way am I calling that number. We've had this number for 30 years!!!

Called my co signer for my student loan saying my loans were in default. I have student loans but all are current. I called the company who handles me loans and they confirmed everything is ok and it’s probably a scam

"This message is for <some name>. If this is the wrong number, please call 877-786-0014 to have her removed. If you're not <some name>, please call immediately. <Some unknown text> This is Mary a debt collector with Windham Professionals, <some words>. This is an important matter, please call 855-299-3385, extension 725." In the past month I have received 3 of those calls, 1 from James and 2 from Mary, always from a different number from a different state and always half of the words and numbers mumbled, except for numbers for 877-786-0014. They really want you to call them back.
