call many, many, many times a days even though debt is not mine.

this sevice keeps calling even when they are told to stop. they trying to collect on a debt fully paid, but they done stop. Kaplan university hired them to harrass me because I reported them to the BBB and the board of education.They dont stop, they call every day. how to make them stop? they have no reason to call me?

This service has not left any messages but calls several times and when the phone is answered they hang up. Today 7/31/08, they called while I was not home. My mother answered and told the man I was not home. She advised him I wasn't home and he then asked if I left my cell phone for him to call me! I have no idea who these people are and why they are calling.

After reading your message I too had a debt with Kaplan University that was paid in full. Why would they hire a collection agnecy? How did you report them to the Board of Education?

I too have been harrassed by Kaplan they are trying to collect on classes that were long dropped. some FOUR years ago just now claiming I owe money. also collect using PINNACLE 877-793-9485 SAME company. They call at least 10 times aday starting at 7:00 am and not stoping until after 10:00PM way illegal...
ARGH frecking KAPLAN i would like to know how to report them too!

I got a call from them today and she called me nasty names, I told her not to call me as I also own a collection agency and she is violating the law.  I do not even owe any school loans. I haven't gone to college in decades.  Never signed with Kaplan or any others.  So why the harrassment?

They need to be shut down and everyone needs to contact the orig. school and complain that the agency is harrassing you and that you will not pay the agency only the School themself. Make deals with the school but do not accept any calls from this place.  Bad collectors.  They need to be fined

Lucky me, I've gotten calls for the last 6 mos. from 1-877-787-9673 AND 1-877-793-9485. Who are these people? I have NEVER had student loans; I paid my own way through college. I have a fantastic credit score- never had any outstanding debt! Now they are asking for my DAUGHTER'S NAME! When I told them she didn't live here anymore, they got rude & said they'd call back another time.  I checked my phone- they called 20 times in the last 3 weeks.  The FCC should pull their phone lines, and forbid these people to use phones for the next 10 years. After seeing this site, I figured they were debt collectors. Why me?

They call every day and there is no answer when I pick up the phone.  They also call using number 877-793-9485.  I have no outstanding debts and my number is on the do Not Call Registry.  These calls have benn almost every day for months.

It's Pinnacle Financial, a debt agency for Kaplan.  F--- Kaplan, they ain't getting a dime from me.  They can call call call.  Take me to court, that's the only way you'll get a response from me.

Kaplan did the same thing to me When they call me i didn't know why Kaplan send me to collection when  i have a student loan open so they can take money out. I found out Kaplan never ask me for my taxes paper and they never withdrawal the money but they never aware me of collection when i call kaplan it was so hard to contact my financial advisor she was never there I would like to know how i can report this to education board it was their fault by no taking the money. I hate kaplan university is the worst school i been to. they are no professional and they are rude.

I too had a debt with Kaplan. I consolidated the loan all with one company. Kaplan calls back over a year later to say that I owe the even more money. I dropped the classes a long time a go. This is crazy because now I get these calls constantly. This doesn't make any since.

Many calls to my cell phone.  They never leave a message.  I have never heard of Kaplan University.

I have gotten several phone calls from this number. I have only answered their call one or two times to find out who its from and why they are always calling me. One time they called me 7 times in one day. The last call I got was at 9:30pm while I was working. I too have debt from Kaplan University but am making payments on it yet they continually harrass me eveyday. Kaplan needs to shove it up their a** and so do this collection company.

I get these phone calls numerous times a day... its' from Kaplan University b.c I was enrolled on the online classes, and they had reassured me and my family that I wouldn't have to pay a dime til 6 months after I graduate... well, they lied.
I will never refer that school to anyone, nor go back.
They like to rip you off.

It's Pinnacle Financial collecting for Kaplan.  Kaplan doesn't apply your loans so they can collect cash!  It's [***].  Yes I do owe $1500 and NO, I am NOT paying it.  They call every single day a couple times.  It doesn't bother me, it's been 8 months and I'm used to it and just chuckle.

Don't pay this company!  They've already screwed up your credit by reporting the debt and it's not going away for 7 years, so why bother to pay it.  Worse they can do is take you to court.  Nothing will happen to you in court except your forced to pay.  So I say take me to court.

Plus there is a very large change they won't sue, so after 4 years they can't legally collect anymore as long as you don't send them any kind of money!

i to get calls from these people.. and they will not give me the address to mail in a check to them they only except on the phone payments bc it wont show up if i mail it in. I HATE KAPLAN and these people i don't have time for them to call and harass me!!!

This company calls me every day more than once a day!!  I went to Kaplan and I think I owe them money but not the amount they state I owe.  I dropped out before a term started becuase they were blocking me from the classes so I dont feel I owe them for that term!  I have absolutely no intention of paying Pinnacle or Kaplan any money!
I really wish I had seen this site before I enrolled in Kaplan becuase I would have kept looking and found another online school to attend!
