    It is not Compass Bank - I called this # back they did not have my account # or my password they tried to get me to tell them the info which I did not .... I then called Compass , they said they would NEVER  ask for this info ... had my password changed just to be on the safe side!

    Just got a call from this number. I've looked it up on several sites and half say scam and the other half says Compass.
    Very unprofessional when I asked if I could take a message they said "No message this is his bank calling."
    First rule: Always say who you are when it is a professional call.
    Little good it will do them, all 3 members of my family are changing banks thanks to their new "make them pay" attitude
