This number has called me every evening for the past three nights the first night it was 8:30, last night it was 8:50 and tonight it was 9pm and never do they leave a message of any kind.  I am sure it is the idiots from 1st Financial Bank as have been fighting to get a statement from them and for whatever reason haven't been able to so refuse to make another payment until I get on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Allied Interstate llc. buys bad debts that are uncollectible. Google search them for more info.

They called me because I got a debt with Ebay for $2541.02 from 2005 because of seller fees , I told them , I won't pay them any dime - any more - because I do not want to spend my money for free.I am very happy now for my best decision.

How did you get by without paying eBay?  I am in the same situation but owing only $70.  Have received calls from this number FREQUENTLY.  I have no VM setup so I just let it ring LOL

They are calling an app on my tablet, not to mention I have no debt. Crazy.

This number has probably called me 50 times in the last few months, its eBay looking for seller fees that i refuse to pay :)

They called me and said they will be here in the next 24 hours to serve me with court papers, pth will see,,,, and then she called 2me seconds later and said it again, didnt say for what of course

This number calls, doesn't leave a message. I suspect it's trying to collect a debt from a former roommate who moved out 7 years ago! It's ridiculous. He probably does owe someone money, and I've told these collectors repeatedly that he has not lived here since '06 and I don't know where he is. These guys must get paid by the number of calls they make!
