I have recieved a phone call from a Donna Joiner with a indian accent stating that they are acs lawfirm about a payday loan from 2007.  She said that they were going to get me with fraudulant check deception and that they were going to come to my home and my job with the proper authorities and said very rudely that i needed to call on this matter and very rudely good luck at the end of the message!!  I am now remarried only been married to my wife for a little over 2 years and they contacted my mother and father in law looking for me and my wifes x husbands father looking for me.. The x husbands dad has never even met me..  If this was back in 2007 i lived in northern Indiana and my new wife has always lived in southern Illinois and southern Indiana how would they have that information calling her family and x inlaws and not my own family with the same last name as me??

they called my sister looking for me as well. saying they would show up at my home or job with authorities??? I don't think that's legal is it?

They are a scam!!!!!!!!!!

I am getting calls from this number at my job. They call my supervisor and leave message saying they want to find out a little information on me. Sounds like his name is Calvin Boyd from ACS or HCS. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Im kinda getting a little nervous, I dont know what it is about though.

Again, one of the oldest scams in the book.  Tell them to send you EVERYTHING in writing; by law they are obligated to do this.  IF (highly doubtful) you receive anything, make sure you read it carefully.  Also, if they need to "verify" your address in order to mail it, do NOT give it - make THEM give it to you b/c IF they're being truthful (HA!) they will have your proper name and address!

These people are a fraud and as unproffesional as possible. I received a nasty message on my home number yesterday from the same Donna Joyner who is supposedly a process server hired by ACS Services. She is not Indian, at least not the woman who called me with that name. The one that called me was African-American with a very thick New York accent. Interesting thing was that she said she was looking for me using both my married and single last names to get a message to someone other woman who has the same married last name as me. I have NO IDEA who the heck this person is. My last name is Wilson...how many freaking Wilson's do you think there are in this country? She left the same type of message, very threatening, would come to this woman's house, job and do whatever they had to to prosecute. She said the same thing at the end as they have to everyone else, "good luck." Seems to be their trademark. I called them this morning and an extremely rude girl told me that all she could do was take my name off the account. When I asked how they even connected me to this other person she refused to tell me anything, then hung up. When I called back and asked for a supervisor the same girl answered and yelled at me saying all she could do is remove my name and number from the account. I told her she needed to learn some manners and not hang up on people to which she promptly hung up, of course. They are pond scum and more than likely a SCAM!!

This is a scam-I received a call at work yesterday.  I get phone calls at work every month from different phone numbers but all saying the same thing......I owe money from a payday loan I went to in 2007.  I know for a fact I owe no money whatsoever.  does anyone know who to stop the phone calls?

I am so mad. How dare these ppl do this to innocent working ppl. I want to get them out of business.

My sister recieved a phone call at her residence asking for me regarding summons for court in order to collect a debt! He was rude and sarcastic and threatning. How do we stop these innapropriate callers.

My sister just recieved the same call from Donna saying she was going to issue a warrant and come too my house and arrest me and then I wouldn't get out of jail..question is if this was a warrant from the cops why didn't they know where I lived considering I just got pulled over for expired plates?? I recieved a call similiar to this last year and it seems it always comes around tax time.
