That is the same thing I got. I had an overnight stay at Conway Medical, and now they are wanting to set up payment arrangements....

My husband has been ill and in and out of the hospital over the past 18 months. Each time we have paid our portion of the bill even before receiving the actual bill. Not one time have we ever even gotten close to being over due on any bill to Conway Medical Center yet they called here today asking us if we want to set up a payment plan and looking for their money.  When the computer called us it hung up as soon as my husband picked up the phone. Is this hospital so desperate for cash that they have to chase patients who have never given them a single reason to think they would not be paid? Sheesh!!

Same things.  Conway medical Center trying to collect more money.  Last time I payed them I asked if it was the final bill.  Told them that I wanted to pay the full amount.  They told me if I payed that amount I would be done and owe nothing else. 6 months later they wanted more.  Again I was told it was the last and final amount and I would own nothing else.  Now again they have there hand out claiming I still owe them.  This time their not getting a dime.  They can claim I owe them till I die.  They have never been of any help any way.  Lots of money wasted.  I'll go to a real hospital from now on

I've never stepped foot into Conway Hospital for any type of medical treatment of any kind and neither has any member of my family. No lab work sent to them for testing; absolutely nothing. Yet they are constantly calling me wanting me to contact their financial services department? For what exactly? A donation?!?! I've never answered and I don't ever intend to. Blocked the aggravating number. Myself and my family owes them nothing. Never received any correspondence from them by mail either.

contacted my Dr and they r checking as to why I am being harassed.... they call with an auto msg to call them back and when I do they put me on hold and leave name number date of birth...not doing that ...

I received a voicemail from this number saying to return their call. I've never even been to Conway Medical Center.

Everyone, this is a SCAM! They pretend to be a collection agency for medical bills because most people have medical bills of some sort. They will use a hospital name in your area.  Don't answer. My my, these scammers are getting slick.

Got a problem. Doctors office says I owe money on a Medicare bill. They cannot seem to understand that the doctor has agreed to accept what Medicare pays. My insurance people tried to talk to them and they still don’t get. If they screw up my credit I will make money suing them!

I also received the same call and message. This does seem like a scam but I have been to CMC so tried to call back.  I can't reach anyone when I call back, first answering layer says its the "Business Office"..... of what? I always wait for the paper bill anyway, because often bills are improperly processed or filed.
