    Give them a call back and get your number removed. They have your number listed for a business by mistake (a recycled number thing)... they are open from 5am-6pm PST M-F.

    Is this a fraud call?  They say they are from Bank of America and wants to update my merchant machine.  Their number shows up as Unknown.

    That was a call from Bank of America Merchant Services and is valid.  If you feel unsure, call the number that appears on your monthly statement and ask to be transferred to the Terminal Reprogramming Team.
