Todd - 27 Dec 2007Yep, it's T-Mobile's computer billing department. They never leave a message just call until you pick up the phone. I get nothing on the caller ID except the number.

Douglas - 10 Apr 2007I googled this number and read the comments that it is from T-Mobile and it pertains to a past-due account. I checked and sure enough, I let a T-Mobile bill slip by - oops. T-Mobile really should leave a message or a text. I do not return calls to unknown numbers.

michelle - 28 Aug 2008my phone (t-mobile obviously) shut off yesterday and i ran out of money in my flex account last night, so i found it really weird to be getting a phone call, since if you dont have enough money for even one minute in your flex account no calls can get through, they just get a recording saying your number is not in service- but now that i know its a tmobile number it makes sense that they can get around that little barrier. but damn, my flex account ran out at 430 am and theyre already calling me at 1230 pm? payday is tomorrow, i wish a human over there would look at the calendar and realize theres been a pattern to my payments, based on my bimonthly paycheck lol.
i never never never answer numbers i dont know, i get WAY too many calls from weird numbers (i get calls from nevada and cali and stuff all the time! i live in mass!) to even want to get sucked into a scam like some of these poor people

Alex Kim - 4 Sep 2008Uhhh... I'd think TWICE before submitting your payment over the phone like this. First of all, the recording that told me my account was past due stated the wrong amount. I'm sure it's easy enough to find out if your account is delinquent. The real problem for scammers is just getting your credit card info. NEVER pay your phone bill from some random 1-800 or 1-877 phone number. You are an idiot to trust that recording, regardless of it's authenticity. You should use your brain and immediately hang up and dialing 611 on your cell phone to take care of any and all of your phone bill issues, or logging onto the t-mobile website and logging into your account. Don't be a dumbas s. Use your fkn brains. Regardless if this is NOT a scam... it's a POORLY constructed method to receive payment. It has red flags everywhere. USE YOUR HEADS.
