Guy called and says his name is Marshall Foreman with Crane County outsource courier service (doesn't exist). Says they are going to serve court documents within 36 and 48 hours in reference to US court docket 1068503TX. ( Doesn't Exist ). This idiot called me from 210-996-2431 then he goes on to say that failure to contact Mediation Arbitration at 877-824-6762 will result in contempt of court and that I have been notified.  I'm a cop, you can't serve anything official over the phone. Definitely a SCAM. Do not call these people back.

Got a call from 256-763-7911 saying to call Thomas Buchmann at 1-877-824-6762 because a civil suit had been filed. This call was made to my 18 year old son while he was at school.

This appears to be the same folks behind the Niagara Portfolio Solutions scam ... they also call from 703-584-5460 and 202-545-6590.

Unknown and unsolicited caller left a message, claimed to be Tim Johnson from Outsource Courier Service (apparently fake). Stated that documents will be sent to a related address or place of employment. Threatened legal action if these documents were not signed for within 36 to 48 business hours. Referred to a number formatted as: XX#######XX. He left number 877-824-6762. Call ID was 763-251-8138.

They called me from 662-570-419.  Gracie Taylor said I needed to call her back at 888-824-6762 for an IBC offense.  Not calling her back.  I think it is a scam.  You can't process court documents and info over a phone.

I wnet through this company to resolve my bad check problem i had with a company the woman that i worked with was very helpful in getting me an a settlement so that i didnt have to go to court they sent whatever proof i wanted to my email and also sent arrangements to my home address and my email they alwasy answered the phone and would try to help as best as possible
im happy i went throught them now my debt is resolved and courts wasnt involved thanks to them

Better late than never when dealing with sleeze buckets.  After all,  it's good to post the information for the benefit of future readers who WILL be called by them..  Thank you for posting.

Total scam.  Writing a bad check is a criminal matter.  It would be handled by law enforcement,  if the payee or bank made a complaint to the police.  The payee has an option usually of a civil suit, but that's rare.

Debt collectors have nothing to do with the criminal justice system.  In order to be prosecuted for an IBC (Issuance of a bad check) you have to actually write a bad check.  If you had written a bad check you would have heard bout it from the bank. You would NOT have heard about ti from some cold calling debt collector.

Ignore the calls and block them.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.

What I DO like about this post, however, is that the scammers are actually searching for their phone numbers online to see what people are saying about them.
