I received a check in the mail from a United Healtlhcare from San Antonio, TX stating that I had won the Sweepstakes because I was a customer of Walmart  and that I was guaranteed  a sum of $50,000. I was sent a check from JP Morgan Chase Bank for $4,030.00  as part of the prize. But I had to send in three separate installments-$1,000, $1,000, $1,0000 by MoneyGram or Western Union Money transfer. Than I  am to contact the claims representatives -Mr. Daniel Coleman or Ms. Gladys William at the phone no, 877-833-4548  for instructions on how to send my payments......................I truly believe this is a scam and do not want anyone to be fooled by this scam check where they would loose out once they deposit this check in their account.

If you where sent this via the US mail, it then falls under the Post Masters domain. The fact they asked for money to be sent is a huge red flag and waiting for instructions probably means a green dot or similar card will be involved. No doubt the check is as rubber as it gets and will better then a super ball in a hardwood room.

Sending fake checks through the mail is a crime so contact the US Postal Service Inspectors:

Received a check for $3,300 from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company starting I won $75,000.  I was to deposit for taxes.  The name was Mr. Daniel Coleman and Ms. Mary Paulson.   We didn't send any money or deposit check.  We sent to our bank for fraud research.
