I called and was informed this was a Bail Bonds company

This number was left on my answering machine even though the caller ID stated  Not Available118325484298.
The woman stated that a complaint was going to be lodged and we were to call the agent at the above number or have our attorney call.  Names were never used.  I assume it is a scam and am not returning the call.

I got the same call; A complaint was filed against you. It was exactly stated as the noted on 4/21/2015. The call was dated in my VM on 4/23/2015.

I also received a call stating a complaint filed in her office concerning me if I need to discuss the possible pending action involving the complaint you or your attorney can contact a agent at 877-834-5324.  Voice mail was on 5/5/2015. I have had these calls before.  It's a scam.

Have received multiple messages from this caller, stating a complaint has been filed against me. Finally called back, woman answered, "Corporate office...", followed by something unintelligible, to which I asked her to repeat her name.  She hissed, "I didn't (say who I was)."  I asked her about the message, she pulled up my information and said that all she could say is that I could disregard the call.  I asked her what it might have pertained to and her company information.  She hung up on me.

recieved a call from 877 834 5324 a woman's voices stated that a complaint had been filed and gave that number to contact an agent. Figured it must be a scam because the call was made to the company phone.

Received several calls said complaint filed. Said have attorney call or myself. When I asked to sent me information on the person who has the complaint they said I received. Assured them nothing was received. Said they bought the complaint from another company would not send me information when I asked. This was in April still calling won't send me info, when I told the lady Monica I was recording her she asked me to turn it off I said I did I didn't especially since she said we' ll have warranty, hold my accounts asked for information to be send their not giving me what I want. Figure a scam not giving me information.

Company Address: Westfield Portfolio Management, 5750 Division St, Riverside, CA 92506 I did have a PAID IN FULL debt that this company was trying to collect against. Their claim to my debt was completely invalid. I have submitted a complaint against them via BBB, but I plan to post the complaint everywhere so that others do not fall victim to the illegal practices of Westfield Portfolio Services.

BBB Complaint: Debt was paid in full. Company tried to charge again when original account was at 6 years, 11 1/2 months. I am positive that this will be taken care of, because I submitted documentation that proves that I paid my debt in full; however, I am filing a complaint in order to warn innocent people about this business. My original date of last payment will be 7 years ago in 2 weeks from now (so it will be removed very soon), and Westfield Portfolio Management tried to muscle me into paying for the debt again. They claimed my original debt to be increased by hundreds of dollars, and they stated that they were in the process of filing a judgment against me.
I was originally contacted by a "Jennifer Santiago," whose number is answered by a recording with no ability to leave a message. When I was able to catch her incoming phone call, Ms. Santiago told me that there is a "complaint filed against me" and to contact another person.
The second lady that I spoke with, Ms. Gillery, told me what the debt was and gave me a fax number to send documentation showing that my debt was paid years ago.  The fax number was invalid. I called her back immediately and told her that I was sending my proof, but the number that she had given me was disconnected. She gave me a new number, and I was able to submit my documentation. Ms. Gillery refused to give me the name of her business and/or mailing address information, so I hope that others are able to find this. I was very persistent, and I contacted the receptionist (who also didn't want to give me the company's information but finally did). Keep your records! It saved me from their illegal practices.

I've received several calls from this number stating that a complaint had been filed against whom I'm not sure as they never state who they are calling for.  Since no names or accounts numbers were provided I delete all voice mails.  After reading all the above comments I guess I choose correctly as they sound like a scam.

Just received a call at my place of employment.  Glad I decided to google the number.  All of your comments have been a great help to me.

Just got a call from another number redirecting me to this one (same message about a complaint against me). They asked me what number I was calling from so I gave it to them. Then he asked me if I was so-and-so and told him no, that I just got this number.

He asked me how long ago and I told him 2 months. He then said, "Oh OK, 2 months not a problem. We'll take you off our list.". He hung up before I got to ask what list.
