Making calls threating to call his job for whatever reasonto get him fired

This number called my husband....and called his employer...led his supervisor to believe that he was law enforcement....when my husband returned the call he was told it was over an online payday loan...our bank account shows no loan received and none of the payments refused on the dates I was told by a "supervisor". Refused to answer any questions about the date of the supposed loan or the amounts....only that we would receive court papers....when I got so frustrated that I was cursing....I was told my the supervisor with the very heavy middle eastern accent that I was to watch my language and he hung up on me.

this number called my daughter earlier to day... heavy middle eastern accented male.  this male caller then told her he wanted his money. She had know idea what he was talking about. The call got very threating with her. She called me and told me about it, I called the number and was told "I am not talking to you" then he hung up.

I JUST got a call from this number! The guy even called my job and was on the phone with the receptionist for like 15 minutes. I'm have not received a cash advance but I have been trying to get a loan of some kind. So frustrating! Why don't these people go back to their own country and pull this scam on their own people

Yes got phone saying i money to a payday loan he gave me the payday loan i called and dont owe nothing said i shud get lawyer.and call my work place and take money from my checks.i called back and the person said was calling wAlmart.and the place has my socail number.

This number calls me all the time & would leave messages from "Kenneth" who had a very thick Middle Eastern accent. Says I owe for an online pay day loan, which I do not. They had all my info, including name, last 4 of my social, my employer, address, etc. He said he was from BCI in Ft Myers, FL. Said that I would be charged at the COURT HOUSE (lol) for 3 criminal charges if I did not authorize the payment of $711.00 today. I told him to bring it on & that was not paying them $h!t because I don't owe any cash advance place. I was looking up the 2 different phone numbers they called me from online & found the link  below. It has some good info about these over seas scams. I told "Kenneth" what the site was telling me & he was like "I can write on the internet that you are a terrorist! Is that what you want? I will call your job & tell them that!"  So......... I'm not too worried. I would be if I hadn't paid off ALL the loans I have had, but now I know not to EVER get an online check advance again

Since they do have my bank information, I will be closing my account & opening a new one tomorrow.

Got a call from these people threatening to take me to court. I told them to make sure you come to court with the cops because he was going to need protection. They are stupid.

A man called me "David Jones" weird accent. Said I owed over 2,000 which is bull crap. And I told him so. Had to cancel all my stuff this morning, because my bank contacted me and someone was trying to get a large amount of money out of my account and wanted to verify it. The bank said they were from New Mexico. BEWARE EVERYONE with what information you put on the internet.

They harass and ask for bank information using information they must have someone gotten from the internet.

My wife got a call from "David Jones" saying we owed him money and that he was gonna take her to court and that if we didn't pay he was gonna send the cops to arrest her. I called him back and said he told me he wasn't gonna talk to me and hung up. We went to the cops and reported this, we took bank statements and showed we never got no loan. The officer said that if they called back for us to ask to mail us a writen letter with proof that we recieved the loan.

Some Hindu with "nodin to do" called looking for money i told scam ass.... to kiss where sun don't shin. And the idiot called back 32 times i don't owe anybody nothing and when i told him after 32 calls i conference him to Clifton NJ PD he disappeared

They started with me saying I took out a loan on line for $10,000.00 and I need to pay it back... I have never taken out a loan on line or any other way.. They have my ss#... They have my cell# my job #.. They keep calling my job every line on the switch board... There names are Brad Nelson and his supervisor is Ben Johnson... they said to find a Walmark get a card that I can add money to buy it then put $2,666.00 on the card after I do that to call them so I can give them the account number on the card so they can get the money and that everything will go away... They will not give me any information but they have all of mine.. I ask them to send me documents of were this $10,000.00 was wired to they said they do not have to give me anything.. The phone # they r calling me from is 1-877-837-4395....I do not understand how in the whole can these people from were ever they are callin from can get a way with this [***].... This is America what the fk....WHY hasn't the NEW York State department do anything this is happening to a lot of us and we are americans that pay our taxes are hard working single moms that are trying to do right... These [***] need there [***] kick... Why isn't anyone help this [***]...

I got that same crazy call telling me i owe cash advance which i never got anything from them i threatened to sue them they told me i cant do that i called back no answer then they hung up .

these people keep calling saying i owe money and then transfered me to someone else who supposed to be a lawyer then said my last ss# and a person i put down for my reference which is not right to keep scamming people who is trying to get money for help  they have nothing to do but scam people and call all day which is invading our privacy .

This man keep calling me leaving messages saying I owe them money. When I know I don't threating to get me arrested and calling my job. Y'all need to get a damn life and stop messing with other peoples credit and personal information.Go Back To Your Own Damn Country [***]! Your not getting anything here I work at a prison!

This man name Stewart Miller called my job, saying I owe money I never received
any money these people, not sure what he even talking about, refused to stop calling my job asking for me, even after I told him never call again..and I don't owe you any thing. He was actual paying on my work line and keep calling back again even after I hung up on him. I going to look in the law about this if you tell someone not to call your job or you this should stop and only deal with you through the mail. Period.

I have been getting phone calls from a James Brown or Daniel Smith stating that he was from some law office of....very difficult to understand Indian accent.  What should I do?  It is none stop all hours of the day.  Phone calls are now early as 5:00 am and I have three kids that he is waking up.  It is so ridiculous and he is asking for a Robert Kearny that obviously does not reside with us.

Called me 8 times in an hour....threats to have lawsuits and legal actins aginst my wife if we didn't pay them from a place called "Cash Advance". Jim Carter is the guys name and I'm unable to understand him the accent is so thick. He also called my wife  numerous times. Fact is we have  just finished a bankruptcy and EVERYTHING was discharged in it. I'm all for hunting this guy down!

A Barry Cooper called and said I owed $350 for a payday loan I never took, he called my job and than told me he will call my job until they fire me unless I pay him, he cursed at me and called me a criminal. He had all my information. This is a scam anyone else getting this call be aware, many has heavy accent.
