Same as DougK911, however  my other phone has a blocked #, so I called  them back. After waiting over 1 minute for the number to make  it's way to India, and the "gentleman" who answered first says, "this call may be monitored", I told him I  was left a message that says I  have a "red flag" on my computer. Then I told him, that the ONLY flag on my computer is RED, WHITE & BLUE, and he can go "F" himself!

I have gotten multiple calls from this number and several other numbers on my home number in the last week or two. Every single day. Today I got one on my cell number. I am going to call Dell and complain. Because either they got hacked or they sold my data. It's seems everyone I have seen reporting these calls have recently purchased Dell computers.

Dell has customer support provided by people in India. It is possible someone in the support center is copying customer data and supplying it to scammers.

But it is also possible someone in the US who has access to sales records is copying customer data and supplying it to scammers.

Yes, they started calling 6 & 7 times a day. Said they were from Dell and my computer was sending an alert to them. My Dell has been dead for months. When I told the man in India that, he said "oh it's any device in my house." Yeah, right. I got them to stop calling for a while by screaming at the guy on the phone. But they've started again - just woke me up on my day off.

Calls daily on my call blocker. I just called back and asked why they keep calling. (First they say, this call is being monitored...from India)! Their answer...Windows Security Company!  Laughed in his faced, told him in very colorful language what "type" of scam artist he is. Nothing in this house is connected to "Windows'! It may also be collection agency trying to find people who used to own my home phone. EVERY collection agency is looking for these people. It took me 5 minutes of research to get their names, address, where they work, and CURRENT phone # !!

My security software has alerted them to call me and tell me about it?
Now how do you translate an IP address to a phone number? NOT Possible!
I've got 4 calls to my cell phone. Finally blocked it.

Call this number back!  They actually answer.  If enough annoyed people call back, they might learn to stop calling.

I have received about 3 calls from 877-841-3509 and messages have been left all 3 times.  The message is automated and so garbled it is difficult to decipher what they are talking about.  I finally today heard that they had installed some software on my computer last year and something else about a red flag on their end and nothing more.
