I got a message from this company: msg@infoforthedeal.com saying that I will receive a $20 Walmart card and $50 gas card. They said I have to pay 2 dollars for shipping and handling. Is this a scam to get my credit card number? Seems that way.

i got a text and dont know how and where its from

its a total scam, any txts or calls u get from numbers or websites are all scams, if u look up those websites the internet will give a warning of a phising site. no bank or company is going to send u a random txt. b very carefull and jus ignore them they are tryin to get personal info on u for credit card scams and identity theft. ive been through this. jus ignore it and call ur telephone compan and have those txts blocked and those numbers blocked. hope this helps and i truly hope u r careful. i got tht same txt today its all bull$hiT

   The message said to call the number to claim ur $20 dollars Walmart gift card and $50 gas card voucher all for free and that all of it was going to be sent by mail I only have to pay 2 dollars for shipping

got one like this butit came from mgs@leadedutoday.com  I didnt trust them at all cause it dont cost $2 for shipping that regular mail will do fine. They sounded like scammer to me.

Just got a text meassage from the same email address like earl. They ask to call 877-854-2683 to claim $20 Wallmart gift card and $50 gas card. Scammers.

its a scam for sure when i got the message from @leadedutoday telling me to call i asked how they even got my number all the gurl could say was it was randomly selected. she askd for a credit crd number an i said i didnt have 1 she quickly with drew from the offer lol dam ppl...lol...

you should look for something better ,then trying to steal just only two dollar from our american brothers and sisters ,grow up .

Yea I got the text too, I beleive they all are fakes. Never answer them.

yep, i got the msg@leadedutoday.com too. and i thought, why would i be getting a free wal-mart and visa card???? especially when i've never even done anything on this website/association...DON'T EVER ANSWER BACK TO TEXTS OR CALLS FROM PEOPLE THAT YOU DON'T KNOW!! its like when we were kids, never talk to strangers!!! at least when they want personal info.

I just received a message from 877-317-0858 msg@leadedutoday.com $200 gas card and a $20 gift card. I called and told them to take me off their phone list and they said they would . I hope they don't try to call or text me again. Still have no clue how they got my number?

Yes it is a scam - to charge you for magazines or a worthless membership program you did not authorize

I am reporting another scam number trying to get information for gas cards also. the number is 877-317-0858. They sent me a text message and told me i won a gas card and other things. I hung up on them and call my phone company to report them.

i received it thru a text message that said i had visited their website. i had never heard of it so i did not respond!!! sounds like that was smart on my part.
