they keep calling

They just call and call and call.  I have asked them to stop calling and remove my name from their database because the name of the person they are calling does not and has never lived at my address.  How do I get this to stop?  My number is already on the do not call list.

Yep. They just keep calling and calling, for someone who does not and has never lived here. The name they are calling for sounds like 'Sweet Baby Bye' or some thing like that, I can't quite make it out. Isn't there some number I can call to report this extremely annoying roto-call?

They keep calling me and calling my inlaws for me.

they called under 1-800-580-7611 and said they needed to talk to movis enterprises.  then left 877-858-0207

I finally listened to the WHOLE stupid message, even though i was NOT the person they were calling, just to get this number to call: 877-858-0207. The organization is (I think) FMS, a debt collection agency. They have called every day for months. I answered one day last week (I got to the phone in time). They asked for a person who does not live here. I told them so, and they said they'd take my number off their call list. They just started calling again a couple of days ago - yes, it was less than a one-week break! Now they are looking for the same person, but this time under her maiden name. Again I informed them that she does not live here. We'll see what happens. I am also on the National Do Not Call list, but I don't think they consider themselves limited by that, since they are debt collectors. I am seriously considering legal action if this continues.

I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office in my home state. That is what you have to tell them, that you are filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Then look up your state's attorney general's office and write a letter/file complaint. It is free, does not cost anything.

They called looking for my mother. I explained to the man that my mother has severe dementia and has been in a nursing home for some time. Before I could ask him to not call me again he hung up! Extremely rude.

They called my old house number I had 12 years ago... the reason I know this is because my ex-wife called me today and said "someone called here for you today" & I went to google the number and found this site. Im sure its some old out of statute of limitations debt but Im not even sure from 12 years ago how they could still associate me with that number. I think they looked for another number because I never answered mine.

Same thing here: calls from 800-580-7611 asking for someone who has never lived here.  I think the name of the caller is Archer from FMS, Inc.  Msg left said to call 877-858-0207.  We agree with the above advice and will call the Attorney General.  Also, getting help from our Local Phone Company to stop these annoying calls.

Call is for a person named Victoria Headley or something like that, no person by that name lives or has ever lived here.
Call is from some collection agency.
