They are calling my parents number in a different state.  They don't leave a message and have been calling nonstop.  When I call the number back there is no answer.

It's a collection agency, FMS, to be exact.  They call under several different numbers.  I think it might be up to five different numbers, probably for people like me who can block the ringing, allowing them to leave a message but never hearing the phone ring (Person to Person - Interceptor ID box).  However, when directly after calling my land line yesterday they called MY cell, a number that I never give out, I got POed.  Since this call is not for me, I wanted to know how they got the number.  Naturally, there was no answer to that question.  So when they asked for the person (family member) again, I told them they had the wrong number.  They called approximately every 2 hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Calls home phone several times a day.  Rings only twice, maybe 3 times.  No time to get to phone and tell them to STOP CALLING!!  They leave no message.
