They call and won't leave a message or they hang up when I answer the phone.  Does anyone know anything about this number or the company behind it?  Thank you.

company keeps calling my cell phone and asking for an individual that can not be reached through my cell.  The individuals have stated that they will continue to call until I tell them how to reach the individual, even after I have explained that I do not know how to reach him.

I would contact your telephone provider and get them to contact this company on your behalf and put in a Do Not Call request.

This company has been asked twice to not call my cell-I am not now nor have I ever been in collection, when I contact the company and tell them to remove my number from their database, I barely get the words remove out
of my mouth before they hang up.  This company has logged over 250 calls to my cell phone over the last 6 months.  I am looking into taking legal action against them as it seems to be the only way to make them listen.
This company needs to be shut down as it is nothing more than a bunch of thugs trying to bully people they know nothing about.  I ignored the calls for awhile, but it gets irritating when outfits like this continue to harass people even when they know they are in contact with the wrong person

This is an update to my earlier message.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC about the behavior of this company.  Also there is the possibilitie of filing class action against them if there is enought interest to do so.  I you want to email the Company's Mgt, you can go to their website click on management link and click on the name of the person you wish to email.  It will take you to their email address.

I received the first call from Financial Assest at work. I called them back and no one answered. I left a message for them to not call me at work and left my cell phone. On Easter weekend, I went out of town to visit my parents. They again called my work number on a Saturday and a co-worker called my on my cell to let me know about the call. I called the number and a gentleman answered. I again asked to not call me at work and gave him my cell phone number. I then told him that I was out of town and asked if I could call back on Monday. He then proceeded to tell me that if I could afford to go out of town, I could afford to pay my bills and that he did not have any problem paying his bills. I spoke to the manager there who was just as rude. I have made arrangements to pay my bill & the calls have stopped but I was outraged. What can I do ?

REFUSED to tell my husband who they were. Can anyone say "FDCPA VIOLATION"?? I DO know what this call is in regards to, but if they don't have to obey the law...well??
Also, when I called this number back, got nothing but dead air then a busy signal.

basically they call my phone everyday. don't know how they got my number. i didn't even know who they were. i have never dealt with this company or any affiliated company. i don't borrow money. today they texted me. i texted them back. this is ridiculous

I continue receiving calls from 877-859-3261. They typically hang up when I answer. I've called back asking them to stop calling, but despite repeated requests for the calls to stop, they continue to call and to be VERY RUDE about it.

Calls several times a day and will not answer me when I say hello.

I got four calls from this number in one day.  When I first answered a call from this number, there was no one on the other end.  The second time I answered, there was rock music playing.  The last two times I did not answer the call.

I've never had any business with this company.

I used land line, *67 to hide my caller id and called them.  I got and answer, and learned who they were calling for.  I told him that person was not reachable by that phone number and I do not know that person.  They said they would remove the number from their contact information.  We'll see it this works.

Calls 3-6 times a day and never identifies themselves.

I have been getting call from this number 877-859-321 at least three time a day. They call my cell phone.

I have been receiving hundreds of calls on my cell phone from Financial Asset Management Systems (877)859-3261.

They call me at work but don't leave any voice mail message.  They also call and put me on hold and when I answer and no one ever picks up.

Called my cell phone--hung up when answered. Called them back and told them not to call again

This appears to be a collection Agency. They did leave a message once where an automated machine would say "If this was (So & So) this is an attempt to collect a debt" I of course hung up. Ever since on a daily bases I get a call with no voicemail.. or a 2 second voicemail with nothing.. Very! Annoying!
