"PAUL BLACK" is using this number to reach out and touch some of us now and they're blocking the Caller ID.
"Mr. Black" was using an unblocked 877-865-9750 for over a month and just switched to this other number as identified on the recording.
According to my quick research about Paul Black, he's the wardialer that Leading Edge Recovery Solutions uses and they're working on contracts for:

This is a debt collection company apparently fishing looking for people with my same last name.

A 'bot left me voicemail with this name & number.

male paul black leaves his name and number to call back. He does not leave any details regarding his company. His ID is always blocked and he calls 4-6 times daily. The calls just started happening 1wk ago.

Bogus automated message from some junk bot named Paul Black. Waste of time.

Call every morning very early. We have no reason for a debt collection company to be calling. Getting very pissed.

how did he get our number?!! He called first time today twice. Someone stop him from these annoying indecent calls. If Paul Black is a real person he can/will be arrested for this, if someone reports his calls.

Someone from this number calls everyday and leaves a message for my sister to call them.  This is a bill collector looking for her, but this is my phone number registered, owned in my name.  I want this company to stop skip tracing looking for someone who is clearly not the owner of this phone number.  I consider their constant calls a form of harrassment.  I have told them on several occasions that they have the wrong phone number yet they continue to call.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from 877 865-9816.  I asked 10 days ago for my name to be removed from their list and I was told over the phone that it had been done.  I continue to receive calls on my cell phone.

This is a Collection Agency and they called here.  They are looking for someone who lived in our house 7 years ago.   I asked to be taken off the calling list.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from 877 865-9816. Paul Black leaves his name and number to call back. He does not leave any details regarding his company, so I googled the number and found that it is from a debt collection agency. I don't have any debts. Any idea, how to get ride of those phonecalls without calling back? I am already on the donotcall list.

you can put ANY number on your blocked caller list. it goes right to voice mail. you don't even hear the ring.
works great for me, now they got my number is news to me. but calling some bottom feeder like them, well only keep them calling even more.
