got three calls in a row from this number. didn't leave any messages

I think it is Argosy University.  If you have ever requested info from them, they call you several times a day and leave no message.

How would they like to be bombarded with phone calls all day with no messages.  It is really annoying. I called the number and it is Argosy University. It must be programmed on their computer to call you. Alot of companies have that wonderful feature to drive us crazy.

I've recieved numerous calls every dayfor the last few weeks.... from this number, leaving no messages, or they'll hang up as soon as I answer MY phone. This is way out of line especially as I TOLD them I am not interested and to take my number off their list... What part od DON'T call me, don't they understand?

Only way to see how they like it is to do it to them the same way they do it to you. FLOOD their switchboard/voicemail with automated dialups.

Please investigate the origin of the voiceless calls.

It is Argosy.  I called them to ask them to remove my number and they still keep trying to get me to go to school there!  What high pressure salesmen they are!

I have been getting calls from Argosy University for over 6 months. This is the most recent phone number that the calls are coming from. I called again tonight for the 7th time to request to be removed from their call lists.

I have taken to filing complaints with the FCC via an online form: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm every time I get a call that is unlawful. The more everyone works together to stop this harrassment the more effective we will be to stop the calls. Instead of posting here every time, fill out the form. Keep track of when you request to be removed and if they call you after you request to be removed, file a complaint. I couldnt find any place that they have 48 hours to call and bother us as much as possible before they have to remove your number from their list, even though that's what they told me. Also, keeping records of the disrespectful people you talk to will help when we get enough people in on the class action suit.

I called back right away and asked them to stop calling.  The guy was very nice and said that he would remove my number from their list and that he was sorry for the inconvenience.  We'll see if they actually stop but it was not a terrible experience (so far).
