Was called from this number and given an extension to call with a case #. people are very rude and would not give out info like company name things like that and then hung up on me. only thing they would say is that company was called USC

I received a call on my cell phone from "UNKNOWN". I went ahead & answered it, and was advised by a very sweet woman that she was an investigator and that she would be coming to my home to serve me a court summons to appear before a judge for a loan default. WELL. This loan was with CMG Group, LLC. I borrowed $600 and paid back $900.00. I then had to close my checking because they would not stop taking payments out of my checking account. The original loan has been sold religiously every 30-60 days and each time a new scam company tries to collect on it. I reported it to my state Attorney Generals office, local sheriffs department, Internet crimes unit, etc. These people are just scam artists trying to scare you into paying them something immediately and hope you are guillable enough to give them money. Not worth the time of day. the USC & Associates doesnt even exist, believe me. call them in a week and the number will be disconnected.
