A charge showed up on my Visa card for $9.50, I contacted Visa and they gave me this telephone number as the primary contact.  A hokey, computer generated voice mail answers and asks you leave your name and number and they will get back to you but they never do.  There were no telephone contacts prior to this, the charge just appeared.

A charge appeared on my credit card account in the amount of $9.50 with phone number and the name "Search Management". The credit card company said it was a bookstore in New York. I have been receiveing fictious collection messages lately not sure if same number.

I also have a charge on my Mastercard for 9.50.  I have called several times and they have not called me back.  Don't know what the charge is for.  I am going to dispute the charge with my bank.  If someone knows what this charge is for please post it.

I live in Kansas City area and have also had money deducted from my checking account in the amount of $9.45.  My bank suggested I dispute it by going into bank and filling out form so they can retrieve my money.  It's not a large amount by any means but if they already have access to my account, don't wan to incur any further charges!

I live in St. Louis Missouri. I called my bank because I also had a $9.45 charge on my account with the same phone number and a company name of Search Management. My bank stated that the code they use to debit the amount out of my account was a used bookstore. We have not been to a bookstore. I am thinking this is a fraud. I just wonder how many people they have done this to. If anyone has anymore information on this please post it.

This was the contact number on an unauthorized charge to my credit card for $9.55 from "Search Management" in NY state. Found it tonight (3/10) with a charge date of 3/7. Tried calling the number, but just got a funky sounding voicemail box. Already filled out a dispute for with my credit union.

I got a call from the same number with a 9.45 charge on my debit card.  Call identified as Search Management NY - will be disputing this charge.

Same here all, I got a debit card charge of $9.55 dated for march 17th! AND ITS THE 15th today! talk about retarded -.-/ I should find out where these bastards live so I can kick them in their a**es.

No call but a $9.55 charge showed up as Search Management on my Visa checkcard.  The bank gave me the number which I called and got a cheesy voicemail with no company name.  Turned this over to the Bank's fraud unit. My bank suggested cancelling my old card since this is a scam.

Got a charge on my Visa Debit card for $9.55 today (3/24) from "Search Management" with this phone number as the contact. Same hokey automated voice mail answer as other posters, so I "googled" the number. Called credit union as soon as I saw these posts and had the card cancelled. No idea how they got my account number or if they've called my house - we do get alot of hangups, but don't have Caller ID. Reported as fraud - will post if my bank comes up with any further info.
