I called the number back,it said that it works for a nonprofit charity. So watch out.

These people called my home 8 times in one day. I am 80 years old; how can I stop them?

they called last night and twice this morning already asking for money for the American Children's Cancer Society.

How do I get these people to stop calling my house????  It is very disruptive and annoying

They called last night and called my husband again today claiming I made a pledge (I promised NOTHING and don't pay over the phone like that, anyway).  Their number is VERY similar to a veterans organization that calls continuously as well.  How do we get them to STOP?!  We ARE on the Do Not Call List.

Calls start at 8AM, usually around 3 calls during the day, different times in the evening. No one on the other end. Do you have the answer to how to stop the calls.

I've given up trying to politely ask these people to stop calling.  Now I just tell them I'll send them $50.  When they figure out mailing me info costs THEM more than they will ever get from me, I suspect I'll be taken off their list.

5 times in one day..12:34, 4:10, 6:36, 8:00, 8:38. This after I told them to call me back at the end of the year

Called 4 times. The lady tried telling me after I told her not to call again that my husband made a donation. I told her he hasn't made any donations. She didn't know what to say to that so she hung up.

Call many times a day... Robo voice on the other end.

Called 5 times on my caller id.  Before I left for work, this number (877-218-8370) called 3 times.  I answered that number and the woman said something about a Children's Cancer Fund.  I told her these constant calls make me feel like crying!  She tried to keep me on the line and I hung up.  I wonder if it's the same charity calling - a total of 9 calls in one day!!!  CRAZY….

Called me 7 times in a 6 hr span. We have to stop this badgering. I blew a air horn into the phone and have not heard from them for two days.

Calls come every few hours now for 3 days. This is ridiculous!

Quit calling me night and day.  What a nuisance this is. i am giving nothing and the more calls I get from places like this the less I will give to anyone. no one can be trusted.

This is professional fundraiser organization on behalf of several charities which means very little money trickles down to the charity. Associated Community Services requested a donation for Breast Cancer. they wanted to talk to me longer but I had to go work but I called back to see why they are calling me every hour  at least 5 times a day. They were calling me because they said I agree to donate but I am not going to donate to this organization. I donate directly to the local breast cancer fundraisers.

My phone # is on the Do not call list! Why are these people allowed to call numerous times a day?

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states do not allow them to call on their state DNC laws which can differ from the federal.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

This company has called my home 21 TIMES today alone and it's only 8 p.m. here!  This has GOT TO BE so e sort of harassment!  How do I get them to stop?  When I answered finally the line was dead.  Help!

When I see the number and don't recognize it I just don't answer it.  They then hang up.  It is annoying, however if you don't know who it is it isn't important.  Just don't answer.
