They called and said they need to speak to me personally before a claim is filed against me personally.

I got a call from this guy telling me my credit card company was sold and they are dealing with ppl now and that i needed to make a paymt of $ 100 a month and they wanted my account # needless to say i said NO U CAN'T have it and he copped a attidude towards me and starting rattling off my SS # and i hung up on him .

keeps calling me asking me to call him back.  This happens every day.  Help

Constantly calls at least 3+ times a week asking for my husband claiming that it is regarding a claim against him from our county!  Completely annoying, and false.  Uses the name John Lehman at ext. 1373

They called and said they were authorized to call my work number. Says name is John Lehman... Really annoying, needs return call.. Anyone ever get a solution?

This John Lehman called my neighbor and said he was trying to reach me and asked her to give me his number to call. There is no end to the audacity of these predators.215-

This gentleman got in touch with my seventy plus year old parents over some alleged collection issue involving me and threatened them saying (amongst other equally intimidating statements) '...I will enjoy making you pay for this.' Multiple harassing phone calls over the past four months. I only became aware of this after he taunted my elderly parents and their neighbors calling them '...liars...' for when they denied any knowledge of the issue.

they called and said i needed to pay or else they would sue me and give me a judgment almost double what i owe.  this makes no sense as i have no assets.  they said i only have 30 days.  if you have worked with these people please email nmejia99@hotmail.com

I recieved multiple harassing phone calls from this for number extension 1448, this person told he is going to put a judgment aginst to my house he called lier, he called my office and talked to my manager, then he tried to get money from me, ad when I asked for what he did'n answer.

Here's some help. Their address is 1 Allied Dr. Trevose, PA 19053. You can send them a letter indicating your account number and insist that all communications with you are done in writing. They are required to comply. His name is John Lehman, there are 3 listed with in PA if you needed his home number.

Caller left a message, using a nickname for me, like we have known each other for years.  He identified himself as John Lehman and asked me to call him back at 877-901-3200 ext: 1373.  It seemed suspicious and after searching google for the number all indications are that it is a scam.

I have been get calls from this number also, ext. 1432 Mike T_?. It kind of sounds like he is saying Throwell??, his last name has yet to be clear.
I do not like to call back people who do not clearly id themselves or the company the are calling from/for, I rarely call them back (I have a mailbox also, they need to learn to use it also instead of just calls).  I like to know who I am calling so I can have my paperwork if any in front of me & know what's what before I call back so I can atleast make a half way intelligent call back if need be; afterall they know, they would not make the call without the info they need. He called again today with the final call stuff, last day & they will persue (WHO will??) DUH, I did not get home till after 5 & I did call, he was not available, I left message. If it is a debt collector they usually trying to trap you into a commitment on the spot before you have all the details on your end. Once I made payment arrangements with a different company for half my balance, I was grateful. Then they sent me paperwork they had split the account balance in two & wanted another plan for they other half of the balance, Well that made the agreement not what I thougth I was agreeing to. *ALWAYS have them send you the account #, balance ect in mail or fax before you agree/sign anything; afterall, you are not in control of what they are entering on their computer during your conversation. Some companies will actually treat you decent & will work with you.

I too have been harrassed by this phone number by a Tunnell at ext 1456 and a Tina Rayez at ext 1538 all POSING as a law office, and all violating major federal laws, even going so far as to call my parents house day and night after they had been given correct contact info, called my grandparents house telling them how irrisponsible I am and to give me a message but would not devulge why they were calling and what message to give me and why I'm irresponsible..  And both crossed the line by telling my SIX year old daughter that they were going to take her mommy away and put me in jail and she'd never see me again all of which I have on a recording.  You can not sue/put someone in jail for a civil debt, it is not a crime to owe money.  these people are hounds who will not stop until you do your research and throw it into their faces.  I have a law suit pending against NCB Management and their reps and you should do the same and put these jerks out of business, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AND THE FDCPA

Gentleman called for my husband indicating that he needed to speak with him.  Did not give a name or company, only a phone number.  When we called the phone number and dialed the given extension, we reached the voicemail of a guy named Allen (sp?).  Very annoying.

a Mr. Kearney has been calling me for months re: an HSBC account. When I finally talked to him, after he called my BIL, sister and parents, he asked me why I haven't been paying my bills. "you have a job don't you?" He was rude so i hung up on him. He said he had been retained to make a decision on my case, I don't think he is an attorney.
