Who was it?

Called at 3:36pm on 5/24 and today at 5:30pm.  No message but found a post that said this number is a collection agency.  I have perfect credit.

1:30pm, But no one answers, keeps happening

This number is Iowa Telecom calling from their billing department.  Just a courtesy call to remind you that your bill was recently due.

This is Windstream, taking over Iowa Telecom. They called me to ask if I could answer some quuestions. I asked "do I have to?" Basically, they wanted to know if I loved them! *Scarcasm* I have gotten tired of surveys that basically ask the same question in 40 different ways trying to nuance my feelings in very minute detail! I just simply cannot give such answers and just find it annoying. To me, their service either works or it doesn't, and I cannot get anymore complicated than that!
