A man named Dan Perry has called my house 2 times with this, claims he is a processor server/private investigator representing Maguire Management group, will come to my house and place of employment until he is given instructions to cease and desist. My husband called this # back, asked for him, woman named Rayne did not know who that was but said I had a $300 payday loan from 2011 that was now $1300, but I could settle for $800, she asked for my ss#, she asked for my husbands email, he gave her nothing and told her to send whatever they claim I owe in writing, she said that they would do that. In the meantime, this loser Dan Perry is trying to intimidate me and said that once he serves me with the papers and I refuse, the courts will get involved. Well, needless to say, he has not come to my home or place of employment to serve me anything. These people need to be stopped, this is a total scam and I am smart enough not to fall for it, I paid all my payday loans off 4 years ago and would never get another one. If it was legit, they would have gone thru the court system years ago. Unfortunately, by me getting payday loans years ago, my info is out there, do not fall for their ruthless tactics

IDs themselves as the office of John Palermo.  This John Palermo and Dan Perry have a history of debt scamming on 800notes.  So far as I know, McGuire Management Group is a phantom DBA.  No idea where these people are actually located but I'm thinking New York.

Ignore these people and block their calls.

i received the same phone call from a Dan process server, he called at 650am, with the same threatening message, that he would be serving me papers between the hours of 5-7pm, unless he received a cease and desist order by the maguire management group,  This is the third time he has called within the last seven days, he has not shown up to date.

Please be aware this is a total scam, according to the California Courts website, process servers do not contact the parties they plan on serving documents, When will the scams and the wrongs the people perpetrate onto others end...

    People beware and remain vigilant..

I had the same female voice on my computer telling me to call 1-877-914-6217 a MICROSOFT CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN. I even have a screen behind the pop up that has something about BSOD the "scary" Blue Screen Of Death. Come on guys, Microsoft would never put a message out like this. I hate scammers and I can only imagine how many people have called this number. I hope a good percentage of them are law enforcement with the technology to shut this number down.

I had a big error message on my computer saying to call 877-914-6217 that to call Microsoft at this number because you need to rectify issue immediately to prevent data loss. Credit/debit card/online banking seems to be compromised. He had a heavy accent & wanted me to run a program. I told him I would call him back. I called Microsoft at 800-642-7676 they answered Microsoft and said their name. This was a hacker & they put a virus on my computer. It took Microsoft all day to get it off for $150 for protection & fix
