    Just received a message from an Unknown number with a woman named Joy Winters claiming to be with the county (not named) saying they were going to arrest my daughter for writing bad checks. They gave the 877-919-8002 to reach the attorney handling the details. She has been harassed like this since using a payday service more than two years ago.
